Alecia got us $6000 back on our insurance when we were stuck in Peru due to the Covid pandemic, during our honeymoon. She completely went above & beyond liaising with the airlines & government agencies to ensure we were safe & able to get back asap. She also communicated with our families to keep them calm & in the loop with what was going on. Many of our return flights were cancelled but she never gave up working to get us home safe. It was great having someone back in Australia to make those important calls, as we only had one phone with spotty reception. When we were home she worked tirelessly to put all the documents together that we would need for our insurance company to ensure we got the maximum refund. Even prior to leaving on the trip, she researched all the best flights & connections to Antarctica & South America, to give us the best deal. She put all the flight details & attachments into the MTA app so everything I needed was right there on my phone. Her commitment to service is exceptional. She is an absolute lifesaver and now that we can travel again soon, I will definitely be using her to finish our trip to South America.
