Park Hyatt Sydney

This is one if the best luxury hotels in Sydney. The service is amazing, the food is absolutely delicious, the views are incredible and the rooms are superb (not to mention the amazing bathrooms)! The head chef made special arrangements to cater for our dietary needs which made us feel that little more spoiled. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and each was amazing. It was a lovely treat to have breakfast served in our room and dinner in the restaurant is a must - get in early and request a table on the water. Lunch was ordered in our private cabana by the pool - get in early if you would like a cabana (there are only 3). Lazing on the day beds is equally as enjoyable! The property is not a high-rise (4 levels, plus ground). I believe the view would be equally amazing no matter which level you are on, however I highly recommend spending the extra for an Opera View Room. Enjoy a gorgeous walk around the Harbour Bridge area and it is a short stroll to The historic Rocks area, a little further into Circular Quay, however a scenic and leisurely 15 minute walk. I would 100% recommend this property and I can't wait to visit again.
