We are older but experienced travellers, who have done limited OS trips since COVID (USA only). Christine updated everything for us in the best possible way and then helped and guided us prior to and during our 5 week "Freestyling" trip around Italy, with a glamping sojourn in Dubai. Christine pulled out all stops to try to assist us at her end for two separate flight disruptions, and despite the time differences, responded with lightning speed. Absolutely amazing experience

Christine planned our Europe trip. 5 weeks bouncing from country to country. Everything was flawless. When we were thrown curve balls she was on hand to fix / rearrange things promptly. Christine has been a dream to deal with. The whole time has been easy and seem less, she is very knowledgeable and has great suggestions when I had no clue of what to do and where to go on our European holiday especially with kids. I even turned up to the airport with an expired passport and on a Sunday & when she was sick she did everything to help the situation. Christine did an amazing job organising flights, transfers and accommodation for our three-week holiday through Vietnam. Her emails to update us on any changes were always prompt and helpful. Often answering emails over the weekend or holiday periods, which was never expected but greatly appreciated. Christien really nailed the accommodation, steering us towards more authentic, boutique stays which always hit the mark for us. Will definitely be using Christine again in the future and recommending her to our family and friends. LEGEND!!!!!

Christine is wonderful, provides a fast, cost effective and proactive service, and has been invaluable in helping to arrange or fix things on my family's travels to Italy, UK, Spain, Maldives and NZ over the last couple of years. Christine has found us great hotel options that suit our preference for smaller, boutique stays; reliable car hire in cars that ARE the ones we ordered and are there when we arrive (rarely the case when booking directly); flexible flights with us in the seats we want to be in and great things to do when we get there. Christine booked myself and partner on our pre wedding european honeymoon and we could not be more happy with the experience we had. So much attention to detail, every hotel we stayed in was in a perfect location as per our instructions if we needed to be close to certain land marks or for easy travel via trains. Transfers from hotels to cruises, transfers from airports to hotels were all booked and saved us loads of time. All our documents were printed out if we needed them to refer back to, (also had soft copies on our phones) all broken up into train times, flight times, hotel check in details and day tours information. Can not recommend highly enough and will be booking all our further trips through Christine, have also passed on her details to several friends and family. Thank you so much!

Christine booked my wife and I a long overdue holiday for our 20 year wedding anniversary. To sum it up she "nailed it", it was everything we needed and more. It was the most relaxing 7 days we have ever had and the only reason we wanted to come home was to see the kids. Next holiday will be through Christine and all holidays in the future. Faultless experience from start to finish. Christine has been advising us on holiday / travel plans for the last few years. She provides an expert opinion on a range of options and hits the mark every time - she knows our preferences and even ensures that we get the exact hotel room that she knows we'd like! Dealing with Christine is always a pleasure. She is friendly, professional, and nothing ever seems too much trouble for her to sort including the multiple changes of plan we've all had to endure over the past couple of years with covid-impacted travel. A notable example of Christine going above and beyond was when we were stuck in Tasmania during covid lockdowns and we had 3-4 flight cancellations... Christine ensured our accommodation and hire car were extended as well as letting us know each morning of the state of our flight and any changes. We were literally able to continue enjoying our holiday until she gave us the green light to head to the airport for the trip home. I've had friends in similar positions who spent hours of their time on the phone to airlines etc to do the same, with all the stress that entails. To top it off, Christine always manages to beat any deals I find online and usually betters them! Thank you so much Christine, keep doing an incredible job!

Christine, Thank you, thank you, thank you ..... Our trip had such special potential! From the very beginning, everything was so easy and so straight forward and clear. Seamless !!! Covid-19 had other plans for us!! I’ve never been on a trip and have my travel agent send her love and update me on current affairs that we’re developing! This was such an enormous reassurance for us, especially as we were travelling for the first time without our children. With the fast paced changes within Australia and the world, Christine worked tirelessly into the night to make sure my husband and I could be home on a first availability flight, home to our children. It is such a shame the trip wasn’t how we had planned, but this just gives us another reason for rebooking, once this all passes!! And I’ll definitely be booking every trip o/s with you, from now on! Christine came highly recommended by my grandfather for whom she has booked a number of trips over the years. Being a millennial with the internet at my finger tips I didn’t think I needed a travel agent and I could not have been more wrong. Christine made booking our dream honeymoon an absolute breeze; meeting in our lounge room, listening to our (many) ideas, taking into consideration our ‘must haves’ and making helpful suggestions to ensure we got the most out of our trip without wasting time with unnecessary transits. For places she hadn’t personally been to, she spoke to various colleagues and got first hand experience to ensure that our holiday was very memorable and stress free. The hotels were mind blowing and the experience was one of a kind. If that wasn’t already enough, during our honeymoon my husband unfortunately injured himself and required hospitalisation in the Dominican Republic. Christine was in constant contact with us and corresponded directly with the travel insurance to ensure that my husband could get home as comfortably as possible, working into the wee hours to make sure it didn’t effect our flight. Christine organised the most wonderful holiday for me through Europe. I had certain worries about travelling alone but she was very patient with me and assured me that everything would be set out very clearly that a I would be able to follow. She was right. Christine booked our recent trip to Singapore & Legoland Malaysia. She gave excellent advice on where to go, accommodation, travel insurance & what do to while there and sorted everything for our trip. Us being in a different state was no issue & she made everything easy. Our trip was amazing!! And even though our son got sick for a few days on the trip Christine was able to help us by swapping our day trip to Legoland when he was well again (thank you). The Celebrity Solstice was a fantastic ship with an amazing Captain, not your usual one. This Captain was out and about the whole cruise with a unique humour. The only downside was that I caught a bug 3 days into the trip which slowed me down a bit but weather was great, and other guests very welcominging. Would cruise with Celebrity again.

Christine was highly recommended by a friend, she pulled a heck of a plan together with not a lot of time to get us all booked and sorted for our Bali escape, Christine was so flexible with going off plan to the usual suggested hotels and booking us into some of the most exquisite accoms Bali has to offer, and we had to tweak a few things last minute just before booking, but none of this was a problem to Christine, and we had such a beautiful holiday unfold for us. Christine absolutely stepped up and helped us in the sticky spot if our trip, our return flight home was cancelled on the spot, due to the volcano eruption, christine Snuck us away to our emergency hotel booking which Christine organised immediately after 11pm her time Our airline Jetstar was so far behind the eight ball with any form of communication but Christine kept searching and resolving our path home 2 days later with still no contact from Jetstar other than after the fact text messages, she got us booked into emergency accomodation for our midnight stop over which many on the same flight plan had missed out on and had to wait it out in Melbourne’s airport mid winter middle of the night with temps dropping as low as 3dgs (that’s not what you want after 10days in Bali’s high summer) Any travel agent can put together a nice itinerary, but it’s the travel agent who gets you out that awkward there’s nothing we can do due to “natural disasters” moment is who you want to be booking with, We’ll absolutely be working on our next get away with Christine, she’s fantastic at what she does
