I Highly recommend this place to people who want to unwind. I would describe this island as paradise and tranquility. The people are friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food is also amazing, we had choices of other restaurants in other resorts it was so much fun.

I recently travelled to Tokyo and Deanna helped me with my accommodation and airport transfer. The accommodation was great I could not fault it. Perfect location, clean and a good price. Our airport transfer was also great, the tour company were so friendly and made our arrival to Tokyo a pleasant experience. Deanna was a great help and I will definitely use her services again.

We had the most amazing holiday, never done anything like it ever before. The ship was fantastic and the staff onboard couldn't do enough for us. amazing amazing amazing!!!!!!! Deanna did such a good job organising all our tours, she's the best.

Deanna booked a holiday for us to Samoa recently. As with everything she does, it was all done really well and everything was taken into account. She booked transfers each way for us which was excellent as the airport is about an hours drive from Apia and would have cost a fortune by taxi. We have used Deanna as our travel agent for over 10 years now and would not use anyone else.

I contacted Deanna in April about my trip, and advised the dates that I required for my brief trip to the UK, which was to fulfill a lifelong dream to see Kate Bush sing live in London. Deanna suggested that I arrive around 2 days in advance of the concert to allow for any unforeseen delays. Deanna provided me a breakdown of the options for flights and the itinerary that may suit me the most, and I chose to go with the quote for Malaysian airlines, which Deanna also advised would include a voucher for a hotel in Kuala Lumpur during the 8 hour stopover. In early September, after the unfortunate second Malaysia airlines disaster, I spoke to Deanna about the implications, and she said that she would look into it regarding my concerns. Deanna contacted me a couple of days later and assured me that Malaysia airlines had changed their flight path, and that they were offering full refunds to passengers if they chose to cancel, and that there was a 4 days window of opportunity for this. Given the information that Deanna had provided, I considered my options, and decided to stay with Malaysia airlines. When I flew out on 23 September, it wasn't long before any concerns were allayed. The flights from Adelaide to KL, and then KL to London were pretty full, and all passengers seemed to also show no concern about flying with Malaysia airlines. The service, staff and food offered on board were of high quality, and they were comfortable flights.I would like to give particular mention to the hotel I could utilise whilst in KL for the stopover. The Sama Sama hotel was beautifully appointed, clean and quite luxurious - and a little tip - when checking in, ask for the buggy ride to the hotel to save yourself a walk - and the potential humidity - its also a lot of fun. The highlight of my trip was of course the concerts in London - a dream totally fulfilled, and flights with Malaysia airlines were great. The movie selection was very good, and I watched about 5 in total and enjoyed them all. I was impressed with one of the cabin crew who asked if I would like my jacket hung up in a closet, and they promptly bought it to me just prior to landing. The prices for the airfares in booking with Deanna through MTA travel were extremely competitive, and I will certainly be utilising her services again in the future. On a side note - when Deanna provided me with my folder with travel documents, that included a colourful luggage tag with MTA logo and pen, I said that it would be great to have some kind of ribbon to put around luggage to more easily identify it. Two days later, Deanna told me that these had indeed been considered by MTA and made, and she provided me with one the week later - and it was a great way to distinguish my bag from others. I was most impressed with Deanna's service, knowledge and professionalism
