Had a fantastic time on our Cruise on the Coral Princess. Everything went smoothly and we had a relaxing yet busy time. The ship is very comfortable and the food was very very nice and there was an adequate amount of it. The Balcony room we had just spoiled us for future cruises. It is so nice to just walk out and watch the ocean go by. We enjoyed the company of like minded people and everyone was relaxed and enjoying things. The Entertainment was very spectacular.we enjoyed visiting all the bars and found them very comfortable to sit and do more relaxing. Didn’t want to get off and we are seriously thinking of doing another cruise soon with them. All in all would highly recommend them and the staff of course were fantastic. Nothing too hard for them.

Great cruise, no issues with the planning of the holiday. Highly recommend.

Fiona has been booking my trips for about 18 years now and there is no one else that i would want to go through to book my trips for me than her. We booked through Fiona to go on Princess Cruise Ship -Coral Princess for a 10 day cruise embarking Brisbane to PNG. Princess cancelled the Rabaul port but otherwise was a fabulous cruise. The Conflict Island's were absolutely spectacular. Once again Fiona comes through with seamless holiday arrangements. Fiona also attends to personal details like chocolate covered strawberries in the cabin on arrival.

First time Cruisers and we had such a good time we booked another while still on board. Fiona did all the hard work all we had to do was choose the Cruise and let her know when we wanted to do our next sail away. We emailed her from on the Ship with our preferences and it was done in less than a day. Thank you so much Fiona we are hooked.

Fiona you did it again! Seamless travel from embarking on the Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas from Sydney to Hawaii to flying back into Sydney. Once in Hawaii stayed at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach resort where our room was upgraded and had terrific views of the beach and overlooking the pool area. Fiona organised a full day tour (8-9 hours) of the city and Pearl Harbour which was fantastic! We both enjoyed the 3 night stay in Honolulu. The transit from the Outrigger to Honolulu airport was on time and arrived at the airport in plenty of time for check in. You will always be our travel agent Fiona as you understand our travel requirements and all goes to plan.

Finished an 8 day cruise on Royal Carribean Quantum of the Seas from Brisbane with ports in Noumea, Mystery Island and Port Vila. I was not impressed with either the ship or the cruise. This is not Fiona's fault but just a bad judgement call on my behalf! Too many out of control parents and children! Noumea was lovely and would go back to explore New Caledonia another time. Looking forward to Fiona organising our next adventure.

We have just returned from a 14 day Princess cruise to NZ. Sailed from Brisbane on 19th December which was both my husband and my birthday. When we entered the stateroom there was a birthday cake and chocolate coated strawberries to greet us! Thank you Fiona for your attention to detail and ensuring we could celebrate our birthday along with all the other amazing thoughts you have around making our travel memorable. I would not consider any other travel agent. Fiona is remarkable for her personal considerations on making all our travel seamless and ensuring all goes to plan.

We had a very nice 7 day cruise with my brother Ken the seas were very smooth.The shows in the Princess Theatre were excellent on every night ,all meals were enjoyable in the Traviata restaurant great service from the staff overall We have deposited $100 each for a future cruise we have 2 years to decide. What a wonderful trip we’d had. Three months of touring Spain Ireland UK Paris Croatia and Italy. We travelled by bus train car and boat. With Fiona's organisation we never missed a beat. Everything went smoothly. The MTA app brilliant. Fiona checked us in on all our flights we just rocked up to airports and climbed aboard. Thank you Fiona for making our trip so easy. Our Fiji trip was much more than we hoped for. Everything arranged by Fiona went as planned and on time and our accomodation and the staff were awesome. We also had a couple of bonuses in a room upgrade and Business class upgrade on the flight home. Well done Fiona.

I contacted Fiona to arrange our three week holiday to New Zealand due to the exceptional skill she applied getting our bowling team to Sydney for a State Pennant. We provided a basic itinerary & suggested inclusions want to see /do during our visit', Fiona returned with a package including air/rail/ferry/hire car/accommodation, she accepted a number of alternative suggestions & amended bookings to suit. During our holiday a bridge collapse required a number of cancellations & amended bookings which Fiona arranged & provided up to the minute advice & suggestions to remedy the situation. We enjoyed a great holiday due to the organisational skills & support provided by Fiona she comes with our highest recommendation. Thank you Fiona.

We had a great time in Italy and everything went to plan. Buying flights on sale (thanks for keeping an eye out, Fiona!) meant they were a great deal. The accomodation was good value for money and the tours we did were varied and interesting. Will definitely book through Fiona for future travel.

My husband and I were fortunate to be referred to Fiona to organise a special international holiday. Everything was perfect, all went so smoothly. The only negative ; did not go for long enough . All else worked as Fiona had planned. The service offered by China Southern was faultless ; the planes were A330 , which worked well in Business Class. I would be happy to talk to you about any other trips which might float into my plans.

What I like most about Fiona (and there's lots to like!!), is that she really listens to what you want and tailors everything to suit you. She's very experienced and has lots of suggestions, but is also open to new ideas and will find a way to make things happen. For these reasons, and the fact she's such a lovely person, I always contact Fiona with my travel plans. I highly recommend her.
