Gaye was an exceptional travel agent! We reached out to her for assistance with a corporate, in-person work event in Queensland. She recommended great hotels within budget and close to airports. She managed and coordinated flights, accommodation, dietary requirements, and confirmed plus-ones for our team of 24. The itinerary Gaye sent out to the team via the MTA app also makes a massive difference, as individuals can easily see where they need to be next. Gaye assisted our team with travel arrangements (flights and accommodation) for our recent team event at the Sunshine Coast. We had team members arriving on different days and times from 5 states - she managed this fantastically. All our questions were managed professionally, and when flights were delayed or cancelled, she managed these issues with ease and communicated the changes promptly. The MTA Travel App is also great tool - providing information on the event, hotel details, and all flight documentation and itineraries - all in one spot. Very handy and professional.
