We have just returned home from our wonderful trip to Amsterdam & UK. Had a fantastic time with lots of memories made. Genine is definitely the best to deal with when travelling. Very knowledgeable,& helpful with great tips. We have travelled to Europe 6 times & Genine has been by far the best for our last 3 trips.

Thankyou Genine for organizing an amazing 2 week adventure in Japan. We particularly loved the Japanese Alps and the Onsen experience ,thanks for the encouragement. The Rail pass was excellent , the train system was very efficient and easy to navigate once we got the hang of it. The Japanese people were lovely so very helpful and kind to us, never once did we feel unsafe. A major highlight was the Tateyama kurobe Alpine route, absolutely spectacular scenery and a wonderful memory to cherish.

Thanks Genine for organising my flights on my recent trip to SA. I got home last night and think I have some jet lag as didnt really sleep on my two long flights hense still being awake at 1.30am Sun morn.

Where to start… MTA have been excellent. Ride Expeditions excellent. Only issue would be poor accomodation at times. I guess that is the issue with India. Some places just don’t have the facilities to cope with 16 riders for one night. There were plenty of issues with no hot water etc but generally it went very well. Tour of a lifetime. The Indus Valley hotel. Nothing short of a fucking disaster. Such high levels of expectation and to get nothing short of a shit show was disappointing to say the least. Hindsight being a great thing. We shouldn’t have paid without seeing the room. We were shown to a suit type room on the second floor. Then through to a King room. We noted there was only one bed. When questioned the staff said that’s what we booked. Showing the booking confirmation, TWO KING rooms, we went for lunch in the hotel, a terrible choice, and waited for our room to be made up. So we were moved to the first floor, identical to the rooms above but with a Queen bed in the lounge area. They insisted this was the best they could do. And the butler?? My understanding was we were to have a presidential suit. The manager said Expedia should never have sold us this product as it didn’t exist. I would like a significant refund from the hotel. Basically we got a king room for two nights and a standard room for two nights. And then some sort of compensation. We were stuck there. They had my credit card as security and as such could have taken part or full payment from there. As a side note their story was not consistent regarding Expedia being at fault and then MTA. Was a terribly sour note to the tour. Pierce & Lesley They were great. Really knowledgeable guides, good drivers. All very professional. The only complaint would be that I received obviously better service/treatment than Lachlan. We both paid the same money yet the difference in rooms was significant. The Radisson Blue in Delhi, I had a king room with balcony, he had a standard queen bed room Agra at the Trident, both rooms the same. Jaipur, my room was superior to his. In Jaipur we stayed in a three star hotel. Why not the entry level five stars as everywhere else? Not a complaint as we enjoyed our time there. Just an observation. The Haveli. Bloody beautiful.

We have just returned home from 7 amazing nights at the Marriott Momi Bay Fiji - Absolutely incredible, stunning, gorgeous place! Big thanks to the lovely Genine for organising our trip and making the changes so promptly when we changed our resort choice. Cannot thank you enough for ensuring everything went smoothly. The whole adventure was well organised so many amazing sights to discover and some at great heights (London Eye & Brighton i360) we absolutely loved the Edinburgh Military Tattoo & and the highlands tour but most of all we loved everything we seen and did.. Had a wonderful experience cycling the Col's and mountains of the Pyrenees for 2 weeks. A special mention to Genine at MTA for her knowledge and assistance with the flights and trains I took, to meet up with my friends in the Pyrenees. Home now for a holiday to rest the legs and look forward to booking my next travel with Genine.

Thanks for organising our holiday and for sharing your expertise. We had a great time in Vietnam and you were always available to help and answer all our questions. Was great to go over there and have all our accommodation and transfers sorted so we didn’t have to think! Our favourite place was Hoi An, great place to stay, explore and experience local foods and life.

We have done a UK tour would not have done it without Genine MTA she was amazing and so very helpful would highly recommend will do another one in future. You are wonderful Genine xx

We’ve just done a big trip, Europe included UK Without a doubt Genine is the bee’s knees Haven’t had a travel agent prior I thought no more, pass the worry of travel on. Genine at MTA, mobile travel agent is to my mind the way of the new world. Yes I could of booked everything but knowing the way are things with agencies why not let Genine do it all. Any hassles , she’s sorted, anytime of the day & believe I’ve contacted at all times. I’ll be getting Genine to book every holiday.

Thank you Genine for organizing our trip to Broome, it took all the stress out of trying to deal with it ourselves, the whole experience worked well and the MTA travel app was a great help instead of having to carry itinerary paperwork everywhere we went. Our accommodation chosen for us at the Mangrove was excellent and I would recommend anyone to stay there, it was very comfortable, the outside bar and eating area was fantastic with views over Roebuck bay. Our trip to Cygnet Bay with Kerry of Instyle Tours was fabulous, she was a great host and guide, the glamping tents were 5 star and after our boat ride to shell island Kerry and her husband entertained us with a barbecue on the beach. Genine had organized our tours for the whole week and it all went like clockwork, I would certainly recommend Genine with her expertise in travel arrangements.

The thought of planning an international flight post pandemic was both daunting and expensive! We are so glad that we put our faith in Genine because she was totally amazing and made the experience stress free! Genine meticulously planned our flights and accommodation to ensure we were getting to our destination the easiest and most cost effective way. The MTA app was another super helpful addition to our trip - We had our itinerary easy accessible and were provided with travel and covid related updates. We recently went to Darwin, Katherine and Litchfield as Victoria froze. We had a wonderful time in the NT. The weather was perfect everyday. Genine did a great job choosing our itinerary. The accommodation had great amenities, pools (which is a must) and convenient locations. Katherine accommodation was a little tired but restaurant, and pool made up for this. The highlight for me was Matt Wright’s Top End Safari experience. Genine suggested this to me and it did not disappoint. Croc sightings, helicopter ride, air boat ride it was a wonderful way to spend my 60th birthday. Thanks Genine for your work to make sure we had a hassle free holiday, we sure did get value for money.

Norfolk Island was fantastic, the accommodation was great, loved all the tours that we were booked on, even the weather was fantastic, great views, good walks, great food and good snorkeling. Loved the history of the Island, very friendly and welcoming. Thanks Genine for taking the hassle out of booking.

Thanks to Genine, we enjoyed a resort-style holiday at Reef House Palm Cove north of Cairns. Absolutely beautiful place to stay, from the accommodation to the location itself. Palm Cove has a more intimate feel than Cairns, is well appointed with many beachside cafes and restaurants, also boutique shopping. The Reef house had many 'inclusions' in their package to enjoy, from Cocktail classes to beachside Yoga. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the included spa experience as a result of having to reschedule our Reef Cruise, due to a mix up with the connecting Helicopter group. This being the only disappointment, but Genine was on hand to help us sort out our schedule so we didn't miss out on anything else. I highly recommend Genine from MTA for your future travel arrangements.

We have recently returned from our Northern Territory Holiday, we had a fabulous faultless trip. Even with Covid restriction Genine managed to inform us of any changes and redirect us. With our busy life and lack of time to plan and research Genine’s knowledge and expertise is invaluable to us. We highly recommend and will most definitely use again. Thank you Genine

We went to Scottsdale in Phoenix Arizona. Was an able absolute blast. We had the best time, one of the best destinations that we have been too for food. The range and quality of food was outstanding. We couldn’t eat enough. Lots to see and do, we spend a day at the Grand Canyon, truly one of the words wonders. Had some fun at the zoo. Spent time at the desert botanical gardens, purely full of cactus and succulents, was amazing. Weather was amazing just like here warm with a dry heat. And if your into sports you are looked after, managed to get to the ice hockey and the basketball. Spring training for the baseball is also held in Scottsdale every year (feb - March) and golf, a golfers dream over 200 courses, the pheonix open was also on while we were there. Will definitely go back! Well organised everything was a breeze, Genine also let us know about flight delays.

Genine organised our trip to Europe & gave us great advice, so we had nothing to worry about. Couldn't be happier. The MTA app was fantastic, especially to check up on flights, trains accom, & tours. Also able to message was very helpful. Thankyou Genine!

Genine organised our trip to Ireland. We wanted a quick trip and so she arranged a 7 day taste of Ireland tour. We found the app extremely handy and Genine was still touching base with us even after we had left the country.

Genine booked us a 12 day tour of the south island of New Zealand. Trip included 4 different locations, accommodation, car hire, flights, activities. No dramas at all. Loved the app and was extremely useful. Would use her again as she gave us great advice. Thanks Genine!!

On my bucket list was visiting Uluru. It being the high season there as well as school holidays it looked impossible, Genine was able to pull it off for me. She found me the last room at The Lost Camel, and booked a sunset tour of Uluru as well as a sunrise at the rock and a hike around. Both were fantastic experiences, but by far was the Sunrise Walkaround. Had a fantastic guide and a small group (9) of adventurers. Learned things about the rock and the local history I never knew. And watching the sunlight react with the shape and textures of Uluru was a visual delight. I've now checked one item off my bucket list, but I'm sure another will be added soon
