My husband and I have just returned from a trip through Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Jess organised everything with such professionalism and our holiday went without a hic up. Our hotels were central and high class which enablelled us to walk everywhere. If anyone is looking to book a holiday anywhere in the world I have no hesitation in recommending Golden Plains Travel, their attention to detail is impeccable, no question is any bother and email are responded to very quickly. I could not recommend Jess and Vanessa more highly! My husband and I had a dream holiday booked to Europe this year. Jess was so helpful in every way answering crazy questions, replying promptly to emails and finding great deals. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 this all came to a shattering halt and our trip was cancelled. Jess has spent the last few months trying to get us refunds on everything we had paid for. I have just returned from a wonderful week in NYC with my 20 year old daughter. We had an terrific time exploring the city together: cycling in Central Park, sunset at Empire State, coffee in Soho, catching Jersey Boys on Broadway, the lights of Times Square...and more!! This trip had not been in the planning for long, in fact we decided to go only A WEEK before- in that very short amount of time Vanessa acted like my personal assistant, not only to reply to every email and text almost immediately - she was also thorough, polite and friendly- nothing was too much trouble- and finally, she was able to secure us incredibly priced flights and great accommodation. I will now be booking all holidays with Vanessa at Golden Plains Travel - furthermore I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family- in fact, I insist that they use her impeccable and professional services. My stay in Bangkok was fantastic the e flight was great and the hotel the IBIS Siam was close to everything and made it very easy to get around ( very well done ) l will use Golden Plains Travel in future holiday Travel . A must see is the Floating Market and the Safari Park and the Buddhist temples were amazing. Thanks again Gary Cooke

Recently we had a great holiday cruising the Caribbean. This was made up of 2 cruises, the first had us travelling up the Panama Canal as well as visiting Columbia, Costa Rica & Jamaica. The Panama Canal was truly a different experience as our ship traversed the locks with only 30cm on either side of the ship. The workings of the locks and the small cog trains tethered to us to keep our ship in the centre of the lock was so interesting. Animal interactions were the highlights of the other ports from Toucans and Sloth babies rescued after their mothers were killed on power lines The natural beauty and power of the water of Dunn's River falls was exciting also. The second cruise was around the islands of the Easter Caribbean and here we experienced the fun of Caribbean life, as rum was a part of every tour, especially the visit to Depaz Distillery. More animal encounters on this cruise, feeding Stingrays in Antigua, Dolphin encounter in St Kitts and horse riding in the surf at Grand Turk. A visit to St John's beach is the typical island beach we expected to see on these islands. Overall a fantastic tour of the Caribbean. The only problem encountered was a hotel in Ft Lauderdale which was not good due to needed some maintenance.
