In summary Vasco Da Gama caters for up to 1,200 guests, and is targeted towards an Adults only experience. Children of all ages are welcome however there are no dedicated childrens facilities onboard. All currency onboard is AUD.
Solo travellers will also enjoy their cruise with discounted rates on all single rooms (double beds) - an additional supplement of approximately 25% applies. This is consiiderably lower than most other cruise companies. For cruises of 6 nights or more a welcome cocktail party is a great opportunity to meet like minded travellers.
Onboard your meals, most activities and nightly entertainment are well catered for, with alcoholic beverage packages starting from $43 per person / per day.
This coming season Vasco da Gama will be in Sydney on 1 Dec 2019. She will cruise for 5 nights ex Sydney to Adelaide via Burnie and Melbourne on the East Coast Discovery cruise. Prices start from $666* per person.
She will then have a number of cruises based from Adelaide and will include various itineraries to Port Lincoln, Kangaroo Island, Port Phillip Island and Burnie. From here she will depart for Fremantle with various itineraries including Esperence, Albany, Busselton, Geraldton and Broome.
On 12 February Vasco da Gama heads North for a 12 Night cruise to Singapore or it can be extended to 26 Nights including Broome, Benoa (Indonesia), Borneo (Malaysia), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Koh Samui (Thailand), Sihanoukville (Cambodia) - Bangkok (Thailand), ending in Singapore.
