Hi Julie, Just a quick thank you for all your help in organising our Swiss Trip. All the hotel bookings and travel hook-ups went off without any problems. The hotels were beautifully placed mostly within walking distance of train stations and centrally located in towns for touring around. This was a perfect companion for my new discovery on Google Maps. While google maps isn't knew to most people, the ability to instantly pull up directions to my hotel with the current bus and tram timetables was. It was amazing to get off the train and then simply add your destination to the google map and straight away it gave directions to the nearest public transport station with the correct bus or tram to take, and - it listed all the stops in between and when the next bus was due. This was invaluable, we didn't have to catch one taxi the whole trip! After a couple of times, we realised you could purchase your bus tickets from the train station window and this eliminated the language problem and having to deal with automatic ticket machines in different languages. Also, a tip for travellers in Switzerland, most of the good hotels offer you a travel pass on arrival that lets you use any public transport in the towns for free during your visit. This wasn't so much a money saver as a convenient way of not having to deal with ticket machines. We travelled all over the towns for hours on the trams and buses - and with google maps it was easy to get back to our hotel if we started to get lost. I used the free WiFi which is everywhere but if I went again, I think I would invest in a local SIM card for my phone because a lot of the free WiFi won't activate without sending an SMS message to your phone locally. Great job, Julie for what was a very complicated schedule to develop, given the small and unique places we travelled to. Thanks for contributing so much to a great holiday!

Had the time of our lives in USA, it was a blessing we got you to book all the connecting flights, it was way to hard for us to do. My all time favourite was Fremont street, Las Vegas the atmosphere was electric. We will be planning another trip for 2017 and will certainly use you again. Julie made sure my experience and I'm sure the entire groups experience in Japan was amazing. She adapted well the changes in plans, group size, and travel dates whilst keeping the trip affordable. Julie has now looked after a number of trips for me including my most recent to Japan. After deciding to go we had a number of changes throughout the trip, including the number of people traveling, the location, the accommodation and the flights! We probably weren't the easiest booking with 6 people but Julie handled it all with ease. She delivers a professional package and doesn't let any of us forget all the little important things that we undoubtably would have without her assistance. Clearly an expert in her field.
