Our Holiday was the best ever...yet! Yes, "Yet" as we intend to continue having Katrina Casey handle all our travel arrangements. Katrina is just absolutely a GEM! We did the Holland America 7 day Alaskan Inside Passage which we found very relaxing; then we went on a Viking 15 day Grand European River cruise..(Budapest to Amsterdam).this eclipsed most of the other travel experiences we've had. For us Viking's service was the highlight of our holiday.: Par Excellence! Immensely enjoyed the exclusive only for Viking: Mozart/Strauss concert in Vienna and the vibrancy of Amsterdam. It would be remiss of us not to mention the outstanding service we got from Fairmont Hotel (Waterfront/Vancouver), the Corinthia Hotel in Budapest and the InnHotel in Amsterdam (bathroom amenities need to be improved)...BUT the location is perfect! Walking distance to all of the tourist spots. All in all.. we enjoyed this Holiday...thanks again to Katrina!

Katrina has been my travel agent now for some time and organised some amazing trips. This last trip was back to the UK and through Europe. Katrina organised flight, hotels and car hire. It was refreshing not to have to worry about booking any of these myself, she took care of everything and to a very high standard. Katrina has been my travel planner now for 25 years, and when I say travel planner I mean she does absolutely everything for me as I just want to go and not organise it lol. Recently been on a 3 weeks experience into Europe via Dubai and UK. Katrina organised the flights, hotels, car rental and all were perfect. We flew with Emirates and Katrina recommended particular seats we could choose for more comfort, hotels were all great locations, 4-5 star and amazing hospitality, it was also nice to just pick up a car and not worry about the stress of booking it ourselves. Katrina is patient with her clients, especially ones like me who change my mind all the time, and knows I want everything to be perfect. She also fully understands clients needs. Katrina organised everything from accomodation, insurance, car rental and also threw in some great recommendations for our recent ski trip to Queenstown. Our accomodation was amazing value and couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went to plan. Thanks Katrina, you took all the stress away! I needed help in surprising my mum for a short break away in Adelaide and surrounding Fleurieu Peninsula. Katrina organised everything with only 3 days notice! The day trip to Victor Harbour with a boat trip around Encounter Bay was fantastic. It took us out to Seal Island and a pod of dolphins swam around the boat for ages. Katrina organised a winery tour and Adelaide sightseeing tour and our hotel was amazing with access to pre dinner drinks and mini buffet each night. Thanks again for helping make our trip special.

I just want to thank Katrina for the tremendous effort she put into organising our trip. Managing to get me, my dad and my sister (who lived in Vanuatu at the time) all together for our trip to Las Vegas via San Francisco was no easy task! We had a fabulous time with everything going smoothly and as it ended up being our dad's "last hurrah" it made it even more special ... We chose Katrina to organise our trip after she went above and beyond to help me when I completely messed up re-booking tickets for me and my two children due to a funeral. I have been using Katrina as my travel agent for about 10 years. She has booked many flights to Europe and beyond for myself and my family. The last trip was just myself and my husband, which was around the world for seven weeks. I just told Katrina where we wanted to visit and she organised nearly all of it, including car hire in the USA, accommodation in Singapore and a seven day tour of Vietnam. The accommodation in Singapore was great and the tour of Vietnam was really well organised. The hotels in Vietnam were wonderful, a lot posher than we were expecting. Tour guides were great and very informative and helpful. We will continue to use Katrina for any further trips, as she always tries to get us a good deal and gives us lots of information and ideas of things to do.

Katrina helped me book a trip to fiji with my two teenagers last September and couldn't ask for anything more. Katrina gave good advise and a great selection to choose from once I told her what i was after. She went above and beyond to make the trip to fiji one to remember. Great service and replies fast. Thanks so much Katrina. Once again another awesome trip. Katrina has been booking my holidays now for 25 years. I love the fact that I can give her an idea of what I want to do and she puts it all together. I pretty much hand over the reigns with my credit card and say go for it. Not once have I been disappointed. And trust me sometimes I have no idea what I want to do along the way. I just know where I want to be. Katrina makes it easy and recommends what is right for me. This last trip I went on was a trip to Cambodia. This was with intrepid journeys which I highly recommend. The tours are well organised, small groups, brillant accomodation, knowledgeable tour guides and the trip was just the right amount of time. These tours work so you can meet your next tour at your final destination. 3star accommodation was like our 4/5 star. I meet some amazing people and always felt safe. They make your holiday memorable and fun. Cambodia is a country I can't wait to visit again. It was real. People were genuine, cheap to travel, great food, good beer (wine was questionable) such a wonderful culture. Safe. Heart felt history. Extremely hot! We travelled through their new years celebrations, would have to be the best new years I've ever had! So thanks Katrina for making my trip something I'll always treasure. I'm already scoping at the next destination

Big thanks to Katrina for yet another outstanding recommendation! I asked her for ideas on relaxing, chilled out, with a hint of nature and retreats. Instead of ending up at some expensive retreat, she booked me in for 3 days at Sanctuary Cove at the Intercontinental. Everything I needed was there! Big breakfasts, bushland setting without the bushwalking, beach-like pool to make me feel like being at the beach without having to go anywhere, one minute walk to lovely gift shops, (shoes and clothes too :) and coffee shops and a good choice of dining options. Calamari and salad meal was fabulous (and only $20). Katrina is always patience with any query you may have and I will be booking my next break away with her again soon.

This was our first family overseas holiday to America. Excellent service from Katrina throughout, from my first telephone call, to all subsequent calls and emails. Katrina was so patient with all my thoughts and changes around the holiday planning process. The whole holiday was stress free. All accommodation was lovely, All airport transfers were easy and there was no waiting around or worries with car hire. Katrina organised everything. Thank you very much. We are now planning to travel overseas yearly and know we can look to Katrina for all future holidays. Myself, my husband and our two boys, aged 9 and 12 had an awesome and very memorable trip to America, staying in Orlando, Florida for 2 weeks and Las Vegas for 5 days. Whilst in Orlando, we had car hire for 2 weeks and we visited The Kennedy Space Centre, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Legoland and Outlet Shopping and we saw a game of Baseball. In Las Vegas, we experienced The Tournament of the Kings Dinner and Show at The Excalibur, walked the Strip by day and by night, saw a game of American Grid Iron and hired a Mustang Convertible and drove to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. Much of this trip was planned with Katrina's help. It is hard to single out a highlight as everyday brought a new adventure and memorable moment.

Firstly I would like to say we had the most incredible trip around Europe and you achieved absolute perfection in our bookings. Everything was sensational and we thoroughly enjoyed every single moment of all destinations. Our accomodation was so easy to get to and from the train stations. So accessible with the girls and so central to everything. The bike tour of Florence was unbelievable. Absolutely perfect. The easiness of all the documents you gave me we priceless and we got everywhere we needed with no issues at all. I cannot thank you enough for another smooth itinerary. Your effort was unbelievable. Highlights..... Way too many! I think I want to come back in my next life as an Italian though! Dubai was a highlight, very impressive and a great way to end our trip. Hired a 6 person bike and biked around the island of lido in Venice for 3 hours.Much less crowded than the main island and just "classic Venice" Atmosphere. Wonderful times. It was everything and more We had hoped to experience in Venice. Anyway, on behalf of us all, you did an outstanding job with the itinerary and we had an unforgettable holiday that scores in our best ever. Huge thanks katrina and till our next trip!

Katrina organised my flights & transport for a fairly last minute trip to NY and London, her eye to detail was amazing. Everything ran smoothly thanks to her. I think I was pretty demanding, but Katrina was extremely happy and helpful at all times. Recently Katrina organised myself and my families holiday to Savusavu, Fiji. She made an excellent recommendation suggesting Jean Michel Costeau Resort. There were so many activities for the children and us adults. The children were looked after beautifully by the warm and friendly Fijians which left us plenty of time to enjoy the water sports or just relax by the pool. The food was five star and healthy. We had so much fun, thank you Katrina! I am very impressed with Katrina's level of service, nothing is too much. She is friendly and polite and just a really lovely person. At an extremely distressing time, after the death of my twin brother, Katrina had me booked on the best rate flight later that day, the car was hired and the lovely room was booked within only a few hours. Her attention to detail is wonderful, her manner is friendly and polite, where nothing is too much trouble and no question is too trivial. Katrina booked my families trip to Jean Michel Cousteau Fiji (JMC). This would have to be the best family holiday we have had. We have three very young children and Katrina selected a resort which catered to us all. Katrina was proactive, patient and polite, making the booking process so easy. JMC Resort has the most amazing educational kids club, our children learnt about Fijian culture and ecological systems with their marine biologist. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed having so much down time together for relaxing and water sports in Savusavus' incredibly beautiful, warm waters.

We've used other travel consultants (not MTA) and only ever walked away with headaches - Katrina at all times was professional, engaging and great in her communication with us regarding our travel plans. Our demands were met with great suggestions and this allowed us to have an amazing time away with our children. We know there is the option of booking our travel directly with airlines and hotels online. But to know the fuss has been taken out of these arrangements, and to ensure we are not caught out with T &C that we were unaware of, I would now always recommend using Katrina. We'll be in contact soon - our June/July holiday beckons!

Thanks Katrina for organizing our holiday. The Scenic Tour of Canada & Alaska was fantastic. The Fairmont Hotels were wonderful and the Rosemount Georgia in Vancouver was very luxurious and a real pleasure to stay at.

I have gradually over a few years now been engaging Katrina to organise my family & business travel needs both here in Australia and overseas. My recent trip to the USA Katrina, at very late notice, organised with no stress our international flights and domestic flights. Where as I had looked on line and saw no availabilities, Katrina worked tirelessly over several days (including a weekend) and made it happen! We had a list of what hotels we wanted to stay at but Katrina was able to get better pricing and so many better inclusions than we were able to get booking our selves. Mid way through the trip Katrina was at the end of the email and phone at all times of the day to organise smoothly changes we had to make .... reducing our stress!! I recommend Katrina constantly and don't think twice to ask her to organise our travel requirements instead of doing the internet research myself!!
