She understand your needs and delivers the price options you require. When you use Kerrie its like talking to a friend or family member. You have her complete attention and your needs are what's important. We recently used Kerrie to help us book and plan our itinerary to Italy, (a driving tour of 8 weeks) With her assistance we had an excellent time and when anything went wrong, as it can, she moved hell and high water to fix it. We have been one of Kerrie's customers for the past 15 years - travelling across the globe on a variety of cruises and several trips with land inclusions. We cannot fault her.Kerrie researches everything for us from hotel accomodations to what ship might suit us best for a specific cruise. A good example of running down the best hotel (within our budget) was The Iroquois Hotel in New York - Location, Loacation, Location!!! a short walk to Times Square, an excellent boutique hotel. Kerrie is always available if we have any issues or questions before our holiday and, most importantly, contactable while we are away, despite the different time zones. We would not travel with anyone else!!!
