Leisa has aways been our family go to travel guru for many years. She adds her personal touch and recommendations that make the trips extra special and trouble free. She has gone out of her way to make adjustments to suit last minute travel changes (and all without a hitch). She is very knowledgeable and, as others have noted, a very competent professional who understands individual clients' various needs. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from an amazing trip to Cyprus and Rome and a cruise around the Mediterranean. Thank you Leisa for all of your help organising our trip and for the excellent the customer service that you showed us. Our whole trip was well organised by Leisa, she was easy to contact and her response to our questions and queries was always in a timely manner. I think the only gripe that I do have were our flights on Agean Airlines from Larnaca through Athens to Rome where both flights were full and we were seated separately on both flights. Other than that everything else was perfect. We are looking forward to planning our next holiday to Paris and touring around France. Thanks Leisa for all of your help.

Leisa organised our trip to Tasmania. She was helpful every step of the way and provided great advice for all aspects of our holiday. No task was too big. Leisa has been invaluable in our holiday planning and booking. We have enjoyed our travel experiences immensely, every thing went smoothly and when there were schedule changes mid African safari due to airline changes, Leisa negotiated the changes without any stress to us. We planned and fully paid for a UK holiday which was cancelled due to covid, Leisa negotiated our refunds and credits ensuring we lost none of our funds and without any stress or inconvenience to us. Leisa went on to organise a Northern Territory trip to use our residual UK credits, the trip was absolutely amazing walking off the beaten track through Kakadu, swimming in crystal clear waterholes and glamping at its best. During this COVID time, travel that has been cancelled or changed, has been expertly dealt with. On my recent trip to Tasmania, when a sudden lock down occurred, Leisa was extremely supportive in helping us find out about how this was going to affect our return. I would recommend Leisa for all travel. Attention to detail and support above and beyond are just a few qualities that I can testify to. I certainly wouldn’t travel without her expertise.

I have had several trips booked through Leisa over the last few years for both business and pleasure. No trip is too big or too small for Leisa and she always goes the extra mile to ensure her clients are cared for at every turn. Leisa has great attention to detail and is so thorough and well organised. Her service continues through out the trip and is she available during the trip to trouble shoot 24/7. Leisa goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are happy, safe and cared for from initial inquiry right through to touch down at the end of the trip and I wouldn't travel anywhere without her planning for me.

Holiday to Hawaii was excellent. All plans and arrangements made by Leisa Happened without any problems. Leisa was very througher. And also gave several tips to save money

Thank you for making it all so easy on our trip and organised. Only issue we had was seats in plane were very uncomfortable and were never given option on where we would like to sit so we’re places in middle rows in every flight which got a bit uncomfortable. All else we didn’t have any issues and felt in very safe hands the entire trip.

Another great holiday with flights arranged by Leisa. This time we went to Viet Nam and Cambodia. Leisa gave good options for the flights which were all seamless and booking with her got us good seats without having to pay extra for seat reservations. Thanks Leisa!

Hi Leisa, thanks very much for all your arranging. It made our Europe trip much easier to have all the flights with seats prebooked so we could use online check in and minimise time spent fluffing around at airports with two kids! The kids also enjoyed having kids meals on flights and the extra kids toys/gifts etc that they received as a result. Thank goodness we followed your advice and didnt use the trains like I had intended - would have been a debacle with all the stoppages. We had absolutely no problems and the itinerary went seamlessly.

Well, what a fantastic trip cruising the Rhine & Danube rivers on our Evergreen Tour from Amsterdam to Budapest. This was the trip of a lifetime & it did not disappoint. So much to see & do.....everything organised for you. The Evergreen staff went out of their way to make this trip memorable. We will definitely be cruising with them again & have NO hesitation in recommending them to friends & family. Thank you Leisa we had a terrific holiday to Canada and Alaska. The most auspicious event was walking on the glaciers at Athabasca Glaciers. The scenery is just spectacular. The cruise was amazing enjoyed every minute of it and would recommend Holland America Noordam to everyone. Thank you once again for organizing our trip.
