My husband, two son's and myself have just come back from a wonderful trip to Europe. With a total of 7 flights, 2 train trips, 1 ferry ride, 6 hotels and numerous hotels transfers, we had a fantastic time and all of this was because of Michelle's hard work. Everything went smoothly, all recommendations were fantastic and now we have memories to last a lifetime. Thankyou again Michelle Edwards, we'll be in touch again when we organise our next holiday.

Michelle’s efforts to ensure my wife Lynne and I were completely looked after during the planning of our long awaited dream holiday to Europe was truly wonderful. I am a very independent person who also likes to save a dollar here and there so handing over the organisation of our month long trip was not something I was not keen on. Being such a huge trip which included multiple countries, a 12 day cruise, many and varied flights, transfers, accomodation, transport etc, I really wanted to make sure everything was in place. I could not have been happier with the way Michelle ensured every detail was exactly what we wanted ... she even got us a discount here and there which I could not have done myself. The excitement and anticipation level was huge ... then COVID-19 was thrown at us. Not only were we devastated to be told we couldn’t leave Australia, we were extremely worried about the money we had spent and whether we would get any of it back. There was absolutely no need to worry, Michelle went to great lengths to assure us she would do everything she could to help us with EVERYTHING! She kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire messy process and we have just received the final refund from a long list. Unbelievable ... we could not be more satisfied!!, If you want someone to take the hassles and worry of an entire trip from your shoulders and know you are going to be treated like royalty along the way, DO NOT HESITATE to get in contact with Michelle. You will be extremely happy you did ... the only problem will be ... waiting patiently for the day you leave!!! Many thanks again Michelle ... you rock!

We've had an amazing time on Hamilton Island with 5 beautiful and relaxing nights in one of the Palm Bungalows. It was just a perfect break we all needed, and a perfect way for our family to re-connect. Thank you Michelle for arranging our holiday, our airfares, transfers and accommodation. It all went smoothly, and we didn't have to do a thing, just show up. I can't recommended highly enough to our friends and family to let Michelle take care of your next holiday.

Thanks Michelle for organising our holiday to Fiji. We stayed at The Shangri La Fijian Resort for 8 nights. Must admit it has been one of the most relaxing holidays I've ever been on. Everything went so smoothly form our flights, transfers and checking in. Can't wait til you help us book our next holiday!

We have just arrived back from Alice Springs , Darwin and Cairns 17 days away and thanks again to Michelle's organisinational skills, we had no problems. Accommodation was good, always central with no hassles or problems - the Pullman in Cairns was fantastic. Michelle has done many holidays for us both overseas and Austalia she is highly recommended.

Thanks Michelle, Thank you for accomodating my constant requests for slight changes and for contacting us when you spotted a "good deal". Yet another trip you've done for me ran silky smooth. This holiday to Chennai , India , was a awesome experience ,since it was 19 years since I left India . There has been tremendous change in everything , which words cant express .

We had our holiday with family in late July/August this year. Travelling to UK via Dubai. Michelle was so very good with us, we changed out minds quite a bit with flight times, where to stay in Dubai etc. Michelle had the patience of a saint. Nothing was too much trouble. Flight times were fantastic, and the hotel in Dubai was top notch, we would definitely stay there again. Another 2 years time we will be travelling again and I will definitely be asking Michelle to assist us in planning it. Excellent customer service Michelle, thank you so very much.

We have just returned from nearly 13 weeks, and couldn't be happier with the job Michelle did of organising our holiday. The day that the early bird flights were announced, Michelle rang us, and was able to get us the flights that we wanted, with stop over deals in Singapore, both ways. When we arrived at our cruise ship, there was a bottle of wine awaiting us, as a welcome on board. Thanks Michelle, that was a nice touch. When ever I rang to check something, Michelle, was always happy to look into what ever, I felt that I needed. Thank you for the excellent job that you did in organising our holiday.

Just got back from our European Holiday which Michelle organised for us .We were a large group and Michelle did a great job in organising our holiday arrangements. Transfers all on time hotels were very central and of high standard would definitely recommend her for any travel arrangements.

Just returned to Wintry freezing Melbourne from absolutely gorgeous, warm and sunny Port Douglas. Perfect for a mini Winter getaway to Shantara Resort Port Douglas. Thankyou Michelle for organising this for us. Just what the doctor ordered!! Adults only accommodation was perfect. (Love kids but nice to be surrounded by palm trees and peace and quiet) Perfect location to explore magnificent rainforests, beaches and eat at awesome restaurants. Will definitely be back. PS Only problem- Not long enough!

We recently returned from a trip to L.A. in which we spent time in Pasadena, Hollywood and Anaheim. All our accomodation was in walking distance of everything we wanted to do which saved us money on taxi fees. The hotels themselves were nice and clean. Michelle organised for tickets to the Clippers vs. Warriors NBA game to be send to our hotel, and all we had to do was pick them up from the front desk. She organised all the best passes for Disneyland, Universal, and great transport between accomodations, that allowed us to enjoy our holiday rather than stressing over these details. Thanks Michelle, will definately be going back to you for my next holiday.

Being the 100th anniversary of Gallipoli this year travel companies [via emails] were offering many interesting & inviting brochures to visit Turkey. One brochure especially caught my attention covering Gallipoli & other attractions [most at optional cost] of Turkey, I forwarded this Brochure to Michelle @ MTA for a comparison quote & Michelle came back with an almost identical tour, however with Michelle's tour suggestion, most of the optional extras of the original brochure were included plus we received an extra 2 days of tour for an almost identical cost. Michelle also suggested a 3 day Dubai stop over on the way home & came up with a total deal that fitted into our trips budget perfectly. We experienced many memorable moments & one occurred very high in the sky somewhere between Turkey & Dubai when the stewardess handed Loretta a cardboard box that contained a birthday cake & birthday wishes from you. That was very special & we both thank you very much. We would not hesitate for a moment in recommending Michelle to anyone considering a similar trip or any trip for that matter as her expertise & professionalism is second to none. Michelle organised everything for us from visa's [where required], boarding passes, seat allocation, airport transfers & we enjoyed a trouble & hassle free trip thanks to Michelle's efforts. Thank you again Michelle, Loretta & Graeme. at a & for an extra very reasonable cost a 3 day stop over in Dubai on the way home

Our recent trip to Phuket was a wonderful experience & without Michelle's expertise, experience & guidance it would not have been so successful. Passing thru 'Check-In' at Tullamarine was made so much easier by Michelle organising our Seating Allocation Check-In via email. We were able to by-pass the long queues at Check-In & passed thru with-out delay. With our baggage checked all the way thru to Phuket our journey passed with-out any worries. On arrival we were met by Tour East Agents [again arranged by Michelle] who looked after us from arrival to departure. A highly recommended Company. Our arrival back home we were greeted by very low temperatures & solid rain, but I guess that is Melbourne [& we love it]. Our recommendation - Travel with Michelle & MTA and you will not disappointed.

Thank you Michelle (MTA Travel) for organising our trip of a lifetime, travelling on the Scenic Ruby on the European River Cruise from Paris to Prague, as well as organising Singapore and London into our itinerary. You organised everything professionally and all the finest details were covered for us to make it the most enjoyable and memorable trip, we loved every minute of it. Great eye for detail was shown by Michelle Accomodation: On ground floor not far from bar and dinning room and view of the beach . The Western Fiji Resort was on the direct BULA bus line ,so easy to get around Denarau island,and the port for great local resturants. Also the yellow Nandi local bus stopped outside our front gate.Golf course across the road for Greg. Michelle suggested to hire a taxi for a day and go to Garden of the sleeping Giant orchid garden, Viseisei native village where we were shown through the village and craft displays,then visited a Hindu temple.It was great because we could stay as long as we liked to take photos and enjoy all at our own pace .Thanks for the birthday cake and platter of fruit in our room. Cannot wait for you to organize our next holiday Thank You from Osija and Greg Anolak from Gisborne.
