Mel, is truly the best. Organised the best value flights in a timely manner and communicated every step of the way. Wouldn't expect anything less from Mel. She listens and delivers! Highly recommend Mel for all travel services not just flights.

After COVID and a few other life obstacles my family needed a long awaited holiday overseas. I approached Mel after recommendations from my sister and I was NOT disappointed. After planning where we wanted to go Mel did all the hard work with flights, accomodation, transfers and even a special pack to take on the plane. The transfers were particularly helpful and made a very stress free holiday. We spent our time in London, Paris and went to Zermatt on the Swiss Alps. It was a trip of a life time! Thank you Mel for making it all happen. We had the best time. I will certainly be calling on you again.

My family hadn’t been on a family holiday for 5 years. Once we knew the destination we wanted, we reached out to Mel to organise. Mel was AMAZING. She knew EXACTLY what we wanted, without us knowing what we wanted. Mel meticulously planned our holiday and answered every question and concern we had. The destination, the accommodation the experience was amazing! All due to Mel’s planning. I loved the handover of documents process and the personal touches Mel made. We did have one hiccup returning home and Mel made sure it was all sorted. Mel followed up after as well. Every holiday from now on I will only ever go through Mel and I am recommending her to EVERYONE! Thanks Mel for all you did, we had THE BEST time.

A colleague told me to reach out to Mel for our upcoming European trip. His words were “she’s amazing”. Boy oh boy was he correct! We recently traveled to Europe for 6 weeks and it was the easiest, stress free holiday we have been on. Right down to dated and labeled tickets and activities to keep us on track. Mel’s communication is faultless, she had to follow me up a few times. During our time away Mel was available all the time and happily made amendments we needed only because we changed our minds on things. It’s very difficult to find someone with outstanding attention to detail which is absolutely what you should be looking for in your travel agent! Add in knowledgeable, a great listener, enthusiastic & love for the business & you have Mel! We had a rough idea of what we wanted for our 6 weeks overseas but no time to plan due to our busy schedules, we contacted Mel, outlined our thoughts and left it in her incredibly capable hands. Again, the detail Mel went to to make sure our 10 day Morocco tour was flawless, our week in Paris was everything we expected, the 16 day group tour of Spain & Portugal was spectacular, 4 luxurious nights in Dubai & 4 restful return nights in Singapore were perfect, we can not recommend Mel highly enough!

After contacting a few different travel agents who failed to provide timely and reasonable service, we found Mel! She was very impressive from the beginning with her knowledge, organisation and enthusiasm for travel. We booked a 2 week holiday in Vietnam and loved it! From the pre travel meeting to the post travel 'How was it?' We loved Mel being involved. She is so organised and filled us with a sense of confidence that everything would go to plan and it did. Special mention that our flights were cancelled not long before we travelled, Mel sorted it all out and had us rebooked and extra accommodation organised even before I noticed an email from the airline! She is exceptional at her job, we thank her very much and will definately be contacting her for future travel! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a hassle free holiday!

There was absolutely nothing for us to do except have fun and explore our different destinations. We particularly loved and appreciated that you aligned all our flights to check in times at our accomodation so we could go straight there and settle in. Our party of six would like to thank Mel for organising our wonderful holiday to Norfolk Island. Mel organised for us to stay at Tintoela Homestead which was amazing. The locals told us we were staying at the best tourist accommodation on Norfolk Island which we had to agree with as the views were spectacular. Mel was very thorough in organising every aspect of our holiday which took the stress away from me. It is difficult to organise a holiday for people gathering from different areas in NSW and Victoria, but, as a professional in the travel industry Mel did an amazing job. She is thorough and double checks everything to make sure all is in order and is always contactable. We would strongly recommend Mel to anyone planning their next holiday.

Hi Mel Thank you for a fantastic holiday!! Our travel to the red centre of Australia was wonderful with lots to see and do. We only had a taste of what was on offer but we certainly enjoyed it. I loved the Ghan Train trip, visiting Adelaide, Alice Springs, Uluru and Katherine Gorge and Darwin was also an experience. Uluru and Katherine Gorge holds so much Aboriginal Culture which I was interested in that I would love to go back and do more visits there. We meet lots of people from all over the world which was great as we not only learnt about where they came from but we where able to share our beautiful country with them as well. We can not thank Mel enough for a well planned and stress free holiday.

Having travelled a little before and not having great experiences with travel agents, we wanted the best to plan our honeymoon. Mel did an exceptional job of researching, organising and personalising our holiday to the Maldives and Singapore. I cannot speak highly enough of the service she provides. Mel is so thorough, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, even whilst we are overseas she was checking in on us. We can’t thank you enough for giving us the honeymoon of our dreams. We truly appreciate all of your effort!

Mel has gone above and beyond for our honeymoon holidays. She spent many hours working on our dream location doing everything humanly possible to make it happen. Unfortunately due to our budget constraints we weren’t able to go there. But Mel helped us with the stressful task of picking a new location she held our hands and stepped us through it like a true professional. Then made all our dreams come true with our final pick of Fiji. No detail was too small or minor for her to leave out meeting with us after work to go through it all and make sure we had everything we needed. From our insurance to our surprise bottle of champas and choccies. We cannot wait to head off on our amazing adventure in a weeks time and will be coming back to Mel when we can finally get to our dream destination. I’m sure we were the clients from hell with what turned out to be unrealistic budget ideals lol but Mel made sure we are still having the trip of a lifetime and honeymoon of our dreams. Thanks Mel.

After spending hours feeling overwhelmed looking for honeymoon ideas, a quick chat with Mel and instantly I felt like a world of stress was taken away! She gave us detailed options and prices then recommended her picks that suited our budget and needs. Mel made sure to tick every box along the way as we locked in our trip, right down to the minor details that we would tend to overlook within flights and insurances. Our Honeymoon was so relaxing plus we had a few very nice and romantic surprises for us along the way! We stayed in Bali, first in Ubud then Semiyak, both with luxury - private pool villas with amazing service and great locations! I loved that Mel checked in with us before, during and after our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly, Its not often that you get the amazing service that Mel provides! Highly recommend!!
