Japan Ski Resorts. ... Are among my favourite skiing areas in the world.
Many of them fly under the radar of international skiers, but here are several well known Japan ski resorts. Hokkaido - North Island. Niseko is a very popular Japanese ski resort and is famous for the big dumps of powder, the tree skiing, the vibrant nightlife, and the family friendliness. On the Main Island of Honshu you will find the popular Hakuba near Nagano, Myoko and Osawa Onsen also being favourites amongst the Australian skiing population.
If you are visiting the main island don't forget to take a trip to see the Snow Monkeys.
When you ski in Japan you will not only ski some of the best snow in the world but youwill Experience the exotic culture, cuisine and magnificent scenery Japan has to offer.
My advice - book early as flights and accommodation book out early!
