New York City - Wow!
After booking this wonderful city for so many years, it was such a privilage to spend a week in the Big Apple.
Travelling with just my husband, we had the freedom to happily walk for hours on end (Kids, little legs just don't have the same stamina!) and we hired 'citi bikes' for a few days. What an exciting way to see the city, riding bikes on Broadway, 5th Ave, through Central Park!
A night at the iconic Apollo Theatre, shopping at the Dumbo Flea Markets - Brooklyn, Rueben Sandwiches from the local Deli .... just some of my many highlights.
New York was everything i'd imagined & more... definately on my 'to return to' list of destinations.
