Wow!! What can I say! Only good things! Sandy goes above and beyond for me whenever I decide to travel. I just give her the dates and destinations and she works her magic. She has great knowledge of the places that I go, giving helpful tips and recommendations on things to see and do. Sandy also gives you all the little extras like, time frames for flights, excursions, train and hotel which makes the whole travel experience a lot less stressful. What I love the most about Sandy is the time and care she takes to understand who I am, my interests and how I like to travel. Sandy has helped me plan multiple holidays. She is always prompt with responses to questions and has helped me out a few times with issues such as flight cancellations with no fuss. Always provides a range of suggestions when planning a holiday. I wouldn't book an overseas trip without using her.

With little time for planning we were able to take our trip to the UK. Sandy booked our flights on the dates we needed and all went smoothly. With the intent of seeing mainly Scotland. it didn't go exactly as we thought. School/summer holidays, Ediburgh Festival & Tattoo plus Europeans escaping their heatwave meant accommodation in major areas was limited. However we discovered some great out of the norm places travelling over the West Moors to The Borders, saw & walked lots of lochs & ruins plus gardens, visted the Lake District (Keswich), returned via West Yorkshire & Norwich to London. Over 3000km in about 3 weeks with plenty of non driving days or 3-4 hrs drives we saw amazing countryside and history plus met wonderful, hospitable people. A fantastic holiday- now to think about going when it's so busy to see what we missesd :)

Sandy got us to Korea and Mongolia safely and efficiently! We were so pleased to have her as a support, as we were travelling quite off the beaten path. Very happy with her service.

Sandy (Sandra) organised a 5 week trip for us to Paris, Italy and Germany for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was jam packed with adventures, tours, and was a 10 out of 10 experience. We use Sandy for all our travel and think that people are crazy if they try and organise major holidays without a knowledgeable travel expert like her. I like to have carefree holidays and this was definitely another successful one. Thank you so much!!

This is the second trip Sandy has booked for us and again it didn't disappoint. Our 10 days in India was better than expected, we were extremely well looked after by the tour operator there and met by a representative at every destination. Our drivers and tour guides were all amazing, we survived the Indian traffic without any issues. Our highlight of the trip was of course the Taj Mahal, absolutely magnificent, it really does take your breath away. They other highlight was the safari at Ranthambore National Park, we were lucky enough to see Tiger, Leopard, sloth bear, deer's and Jackal, the accommodation at the Hotel Dev Villa's, felt like I had stepped back into a 1950's safari lodge, awesome hospitality and all employed from the local village. We loved every bit of our India tour. The Maldives was a great addition to go and relax after India, the resort was fabulous and water amazing. Thanks Sandy we had an amazing experience.

I am 56 years old, and America has been on my Bucket List since i was 15 years old. Booking with Sandra was a no brainer as her attention to detail was exceptional. Her suggestions to visiting certain places were all taken on board, and wow what an experience. I booked what I called "A Holiday Of A Lifetime" with Sandy and I am so pleased I did. Overall the holiday ran smoothly but we did have a couple of hiccups that were quickly addressed and resolved. Ovation of the Seas - 10Day NZ Cruise Boxing Day 2019 - 5 Jan 2020 Sandy certainly makes the process easy and wonderful. Once we'd decided on the desitination, the rest was easy. As I have family in NZ, I asked the question, can we get off in Picton and pick the ship back up again in a couple of days in Wellington? Easy, done, sorted, with a nominal fee from Royal Carribean. Speaking with other Cruisers, they would've liked this option OR the option that others did, getting off in Dunedin and coming over to Queenstown and being tendered back to the boat in Milford. These are things that when you book yourself you don't get to ask these, make these extra add ons that make your holiday even better and it's not personal. We had an amazing room, traveling with my son, I was a little concerned about cabin size, by booking early, we had an exceptional cabin, awesome balcony and plenty of room for both us. I'll certainly be using Sandy for all my travel, plans are in place for our next holiday. Yes you can book yourself, contrary to popular thoughts, it's more expensive to use an agent, Sandy gets the same deals as what we can get online, so why not use Sandy, with her wealth of expertise, knowledge, professionalism and genuineness to ensure that we as her clients have the best, stress free holidays ever. Sandy, I can't thank you enough for the all the wonderful organisation and enuring that we had a seamless holiday.

We experienced a 100% successful and brilliant holiday without any hiccups. The organisation was fantastic. The Princess Cruise line is the only one to use. The Majestic was a first class ship. Thanks to Sandy for organising every thing. Will be going to other destinations with the two of them.

We wanted to send you a very big thank you Sandy, for organising our recent travel to Europe. We have just returned from a fantastic 8 weeks travelling to Italy, Slovenia, France and Amsterdam as well as cruising the Mediterranean on the Crown Princess. All flights and accomodation were excellent and everything went smoothly. If you are wanting a travel agent who is efficient, knowledgable, understanding (to the challenges of travelling as an amputee) and is on the ball then you can't go past Sandy.

Well, I have taken a while to write my testimonial to you, because I had no idea where to start...How can I begin to thank you for the amazing memories my sons and I will cherish for a lifetime? Everything you recommended was absolutely what I was looking for... and so much more! the guides you booked for us were engaging and very knowledgeable. My sons were able to ask questions and learn about the amazing cultures, religion, history of Vietnam and Cambodia. They were immersed in the environment and welcomed everywhere we went. The guides were respectful, kind and wonderful with the boys, bringing knowledge to their level of understanding, The accommodation you booked for us was perfect. Away from the busses of tourist chaos, but still in the centre of the older parts of the cities - which is exactly what we wanted. Hanoi was great, and highly recommend the street food trail tour, which we ended up doing as a lunch tour rather than evening. Halong Bay and the Pelican Boat was AMAZING! Hoi An was a definite highlight and a place that I would like to return to. The hotel was perfectly positioned in the old quarter close to the traditional fishing and farming village. The bike tour we did was great and highly recommend it. The big surprise of our trip was Danang and the Golden Bridge tour, which we ended up just booking through the hotel reception. We all expected to travel from Hoi An to see a bridge, but what we experienced that day I know will stay with my sons forever. travelling on a magnificent skyrail to get to the bridge which was awe inspiring, but then to continue on up the mountain to what can only be described as a fairytale location with French castles, amazing gardens and breathtaking views. We continued on up the mountain yet again on the third arm of the skyrail to then be confronted with Disneyland in Vietnam. A huge surprise to everyone with us and an incredible day! Really recommend making the trip to the Golden Bridge. All that you booked for us in HoChi Min City was perfect and the hotel was centrally located which made it easy for us to explore the city. Siem Reap was beautiful and again another location that I can not wait to return to. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and very engaging with my sons, which encouraged them to ask questions and learn about the culture and history of Cambodia. Bun, our guide there was in himself a highlight to our trip. He really went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that we saw and experienced as much as possible of his beautiful country. He took us to a traditional local market just so the boys could try scorpion, snake, beetles… definitely something they will never forget. He also took us off the beaten track to temples where the bus loads of tourists did not venture, making our experience at the Angkor Temples a very special one. Sandy, I cannot thank you enough for organising this trip for me and for helping me give my sons the experience I was looking for. xxx

Hi Sandy, Thanks you so much for organising flights and accommodation for my recent trip to Europe. The accommodation choices you recommended in both Dubai and Zurich were fabulous, great value for money and totally in keeping with my vague description of my needs to you! The hotel in Dubai was close but not too close to the airport an in an interesting area so great for a short stopover. The one on Zurich was perfect so close to the museums, the tourist attractions, the shops and the train station. Loved the quirkiness of this hotel too! You are amazing!!!

If you are reading this then you are already probably using Sandy's talents, if you are not then you should do without hesitation...we recently had 3 weeks in India which Sandy put together and it was a great experience, however we did have a problem with a sub standard hotel which was booked by a company in India and not Sandy directly, I made contact with Sandy upon check in, and even though Sandy was overseas at the time, bless her, the problem was fixed almost immediately for which I am very grateful for her help and support from the other side of the world, well done Sandy, keep up the great work, talk soon..

Sandy has long been our family's agent of choice. She has sent us on some amazing trips and always gets everything just right. On the odd occasions where things do go a bit wrong (strikes, delays, sickness), she is only a call away and manages to sort everything quickly and efficiently for us. We love that she listens to what we like and recommends just the right hotels and experiences.
