Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with!! She nailed our accommodation and itinerary and took all the hassle out of the trip. We recently returned from a 15 day tour of Vietnam that Sarah organised for our small group of friends. We were given expert advice and an itinerary that was personalised with our input. Sarah was extremely patient with us, especially as four of the group were from the UK and decisions took a bit longer for us to make. Our holiday was amazing, it exceeded all of our expectations. Sarah was absolutely amazing. She covered every detail and gave us so many options. We travelled with our toddler and Sarah made sure to cover all bases from car seats to portable cots, places within walking distance and activities for our child. Sarah was always so helpful and also every quick to respond. We also had a hiccup (not Sarahs fault, the accomodation cancelled our booking on us) and Sarah stayed up until midnight because of our time difference to make sure we had accomodation. She is so thoughtful, professional and kind. We will absolutely be using Sarah for every single trip we book - she truly is the best in the business!

Sarah arranged an amazing deal for me for the Maldives for my husbands 50th birthday. Everything was amazing...the accommodation, the service, the transfers, the special dinner, the price ... absolutely everything. Sarah also surprised us with arranging a special birthday message for him and bottle of wine and birthday cake. The location was spectacular and the weather awesome. Our over-water bungalow with pool was above expectations, and the all inclusive package left us wanting for absolutely nothing. Further to my testimonial of 24th March 2023, I should have added that Sarah has organised a wonderful trip to Canada and Alaska with an Inside Passage cruise later in the year. Once again, she has listened to our requirements and then organised a wonderful trip including airfares. Her attention to detail has once again shone through ensuring our requirements were fully met. We have used Sarah for all our travel needs since 2016 when she arranged our trip to Turkey / Gallipoli and add ons to Santorini and Crete. Since then, we have used her for a short trip to England in 2018 and then in 2019 for an extensive trip to the United States, Jordan and Croatian Island Cruise. These trips were first class due to Sarahs ability to find the right trips, deals and airfares. Recently (March 2023) Sarah organised a wonderful trip to The Maldives and Singapore. She was able to find us an exceptional deal for The Maldives. Airfares were well coordinated and well-priced. I initially was introduced to Sarah in 2018 through a friend when I was organising a trip to Hawaii with a close friend, unfortunately this trip was cancelled due to Covid, Sarah was a great help then sorting out refunds and dealing with all our dramas and we continued our relationship with her. In 2019 our family paid a deposit and started planning a trip to the US, Covid raised it's head again and this was also placed on hold.... We just returned from our USA trip and Sarah helped us plan the lot, she booked our flights, car hire and made recommendations for travel insurance, things to do and was just amazing!. Our hire car got broken into while we were away and Sarah's communication couldn't have been better, she was always only a email away and replied quickly every time, her follow up is amazing and I actually haven't had a more helpful agent. Even after our trip she is still in touch. I have recommended her to friends and family and would definitely use her again! Sarah spent many hours organising, cancelling reorganising our holidays in Australia and NZ and in the end we cancelled due to Covid rules. We applied for refunds on all expenditures and received credits for flights and were refunded the balance. We still plan to travel to NZ when we can and will certainly use Sarah’s services as she has been very understanding dealing with Covid restrictions.

I cannot recommend Sarah enough, even though i didn't actually get to go on my trip, she organised my trip and managed my refund the entire way. Her constant communication through the covid process was amazing!!! 100% happy.

We have travelled extensively with Sarah’s help, both overseas to England, Scandinavia and Japan, and also had a great trip to Darwin, returning on The Ghan. Sarah organised our holiday to Fiji with precision. After doing some research of my own I told her how much I wanted to spend and where we wanted to stay - and Sarah was able to find an even cheaper deal for my family.
