Steph organised a short last-minute trip to Cairns for us to see the reef. She came up with a nicely balanced, well-priced package. She knew her subject well and was an absolute delight to work with too, putting up with much prevarication. The trip itself was uncannily well-suited to us with excellent flights and just the right family apartments. Most importantly the reef trip was outstanding: the guides were knowledgeable and supportive (our trip was very rough) and the diving platform had a wide range of things to do to suit all levels of skill and interest. In a field where it is easy to get lured into style over substance, Steph got all the really important things absolutely spot on. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.

We had a Fantastic family holiday in Phuket! With transfers from and to the airport organised by Steph, it was a stress-free start and end. We had a great stay at Banthai Resort right in the heart of Patong where the staff were helpful and the room was quiet and cool during the hottest time of the year in Thailand. The three pools were also a welcome respite from the heat and chaos in the middle of the day. Songkran festival was a blast and worth planning for - the Thai people got into the spirit of their New Year, splashing water at anyone and everyone, encouraging visitors to join in. We loved the whole trip: the activities on the beach, parasailing and jetskiiing, the street food and markets, nearby attractions like the giant Buddha and temples, the chaotic traffic and the friendly locals. Thanks Steph!

We asked Steph to look into some options for a family holiday to Phuket. We gave her some parameters and described what we’d like from the holiday.
