Linda & Carine

Working with Carine has been a dream. I have had the luxury of relying on Carine to book all of my business and personal travel for almost three years now and I can't recommend her more highly. Carine embodies everything you'd hope for when arranging travel- she is an expert in her field and her recommendations have ensured my trips and experiences are the best and she always responds quickly to any enquiry.

I have just completed my first trip under the care of the magnificent Carine. Over the years I have used various travel consultants, some of whom have been good and others, let's just say rather ordinary. Carine Boost is however exceptional. All my travel arrangements were conducted perfectly, with great efficiency and speed. I have now just booked two more overseas trips with MTA for this year and I am planning another two in 2025. We recently returned from an amazing trip to Hawaii and San Fransisco! Carine was efficient and easy to communicate with. All her suggestions were spot on and we really loved the hotel suggestion in San Fransisco. We are already planning our next trip with her! The MTA app is a wonderful tool for on the go travelling!

It has been our first time to Australia and we definitely had an amazing time there and enjoyed everything tremendously thanks to Carine's excellent organization. Every booking (flights, hotels, rental cars, day trips) worked perfectly and we think Carine's choice of hotels during our 1 month trip through Australia including Tasmania was perfect. Part of the excellent service were Carine's prompt and competent replies before and during our travel. For any future trips to Australia we would definitely ask her to organize this trip for us again. We highly recommend Carine as the travel agent of choice!

My wife and I recently went on an extended holiday to Italy and England with friends. Linda was amazing firstly in helping us plan the trip and work out all the different places we wanted to go, and then in booking all of the flights, rail, hotels and tours. Throughout the whole process Linda was not only highly responsive and efficient but also genuinely friendly and enthusiastic about making our trip one we will never forget. In 2022 we wanted to go to WA and particularly Broome for my 50th birthday. A local (NSW) travel agent gave me Carine and Linda's details. Having never been to WA before we only had a vague idea of what we wanted to see and do so Carine asked me to list the kind of things we wanted to experience and within a day she got back to me with a fabulous itinerary and introducing us to a few other ideas for places to stay and things to do. Along with my husband and two teenage daughters we had a holiday of a lifetime. We loved WA so much we decided to return in 2023, this time a road trip from Perth to Ningaloo Reef. Again Carine put together the most fabulous trip for us, organising everything from accommodation to tours and excursions. Carine is amazing, she replies to emails promptly, organises things quickly, sorts out any issues and keeps us informed at all times. I would highly recommend Carine and we will definitely be using her services again

A friend of mine recommended Linda and Carine to help book our September holiday. The original plan was to head to Europe but after realising that was not the best option for our time frame Linda suggested Vietnam. Vietnam had not been on my radar to visit but I said heck why not...lets have an adventure! After a little bit of googling I let Linda know what we would be interested in seeing and doing and let her work her magic. Linda came back with an itinerary filled with interesting things to do and see whilst we were in Vietnam for 15 days. The hotels she suggested were very modern and comfortable and the transfers between destinations were great, again very comfortable and on time. The activities we booked were fantastic with english speaking guides. We really did have a Vietnam adventure. It was fab to have access to the MTA app to keep an eye on our itinerary and have an on-the-ground support liaison if needed in Vietnam. A good friend of ours recommended Linda for our last holiday which was 3 weeks in Italy. We had left it a little late to organise and really did not have the time to do all the research, bookings etc. Linda was fantastic and took all the stress away, with great suggestions, accommodation recommendations, tours and transfer and before we knew it, the trip was all organised. I usually book our own trips, but the prospect of planning and booking a 5 week trip to Europe was to overwhelming for me! I was trying to find a travel agent early this year to help plan our August trip to Croatia and Italy and was recommended Carine. From first contact I had fabulous service and very fast responses. Carine made some great suggestions and recommendations and took all the stress away from planning a 5 week trip. We have been using Carine to organise our travel for several years now. She is a wealth of knowledge and the service she provides her clients is exceptional. Our daughter and her friend have been travelling overseas since Feb this year. It has been uncertain times for those travelling overseas, as well as for families back home. There are no words to express our gratitude to Carine for arranging the girls' flights home so quickly during such a stressful time. Carine helped organise three friends on a trip to New York and Washington DC for a girls trip away. Dear Carine I would like to effusively thank you for what can only be described as the best travel experience of my life! While the it was rather rocky to start with my father's declining health. Your experience, responsiveness and ability to rework our flight schedules, not once, but twice so that both Alastair and I could be there for him and my family was precious and very much appreciated. You even went over and above to help with our compassionate claim from our travel insurance. For the holiday itself, I have just one word - wow! Your recommendation for accommodation in Paris was spot on! Esprit Saint Germain was exquisite and suited us just perfectly. Placed conveniently down the road from St Sulpice, and from Rue St Germain (shopping!) this elegant little gem is truly a touch of luxury. Service was professional, comfortable and friendly and were graceful in their provision of daily fresh fruit, weather reports and night time sweets. The room was not spacious but very comfortable with probably the strongest shower on the planet! I felt very spoiled when on arrival there was a little note and birthday treat especially for me! It's those little touches throughout the trip that just made it feel like a gift in itself. Blacklane transfers were another great idea! They were incredibly attentive, helpful and completely took the stress out of the transits between airports, train stations and hotels. Atrani was a quiet retreat after all the tourist sites of Paris. To be just 5 min walk from the town square of Amalfi but not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of busloads of tourists, tourist shops and rude waiters was convenient to say the least! Palazzo Farraoli was a gem too. While at first a bit surprised by the amount of stairs we had to climb (without a lift and with heavy bags) just to get there, it was well worth it for the view out over the Cathedral and the whole Amalfi Coast! Sunset drinks on the rooftop bar were essential each day. The staff made you feel like family straightaway! The room was incredibly spacious with a fantastic spa bath. What's best about Atrani is that every restaurant in the square is excellent – so there's never a bad meal to be had (and we ate every one!) – and there was always room at the beach! Where Amalfi was full to the brim – Atrani gave you space to breathe, to swim, to drink eat and enjoy. We spent 5 days but we could have stayed here the entire time! Thank you too for your recommendation for accommodation in Rome. Another gem to be sure - at Hotel Modigliani we had the most impressive views out over the skyline of Rome from our own private balcony. The staff again were wonderful, helpful and very approachable to help us make the most of our short time in their beautiful city. Location too was easy to walk up to the Villa de Medici and the Spanish Steps or just a bit down the hill to the many piazzas, fountains, historical sites. The Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel were my favourite while Al loved the Colosseum. For the last leg of the journey to Singapore, I can highly recommend island hopping to Bin Tan in Indonesia. The Sanchaya resort provided spectacular service with a luxury lounge at the ferry terminal where they managed all of our immigration requirements for you; while you got to relax with a cup of tea! The resort itself was truly breathtaking in its placement and view over the ocean. Every room had a view. Rooms were enormous! Baths, and beds exquisite! Service was very personal and friendly – they took the time to get to know you, have a chat, and work out what suited you best. Prices on the resort were a bit larger than we were used to but then, you couldn't fault the quality and it was by far the most luxurious part of our trip. And once again thank you for assisting to upgrade our tickets back to Melbourne. Qantas premium economy is excellent value for money! And a much better experience than Lufthansa. The planes are better appointed and the service just warms your heart as an Aussie! Carine, your expertise, kindness and superlative service are exactly why we book with you and MTA travel. We know when we book with you and MTA that we're in good hands with the best advice and trip planning as well as a helpful hand should anything unexpected occur. Carine, We were planning on emailing you today! We got home last night. You arranged a trip of a lifetime – it was 100% fabulous. We all had such a remarkable time. The pace was perfect – so glad that we spent 3 nights on the boat Sailing Ningaloo and 4 at Sal Salis. It gave us a chance to do so many different things. Luke is a wonderful captain and ran a very professional and safe operation. Our skills ranged from expert divers to beginning snorkler and all had an amazing experience. We swam with a manta and saw many humpbacks. They thoroughly accommodated everyone’s dietary requests and Luke taught us how to clean squid he caught: we had a calamari snack. Sal Salis is perfect. We snorkeled in the a.m. and hiked in the p.m. The food was amazing (another Luke is an amazing chef). Good thing we were so active since the food was so great and there was an open bar. The hiking was really interesting too! All connections were seamless. Thank you again for creating such a wondrous trip. In addition, in Perth, we visited Rottnest Island one day - via the Rottnest Express and rode bikes ~25 km (what a lovely day) Our last day in Perth was spent in Fremantle and we did the tunnel tour at the prison (yikes!!! Carine organised a cruise for 30 of my family and close friends after the loss of my husband. We had an amazing time. Carine's help with not only the logistics of booking the cruise for the group took a massive weight off. Especially with helping out with payment options to suit the wide variety of budgets. No matter how many times different people asked you the same questions you were always quick to respond and put our minds at rest. Having someone so readily available to help with all our questions was invaluable. We have just returned from a 3week family holiday to the USA all arranged for us by Carine Griffiths of MTA . We are so happy with the deals Carine organised for us both with flights and accomodation. The hotel in New York was very central for Manhattan and the Metro. The resort in Orlando was so comfortable and relaxing we woukd definitely stay at both places if we travel to the USA again. Thanks Carine love your work.

I have used Carine on many occasions now to organise travel for me. As always she was completely accommodating and got everything just right. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always available. Her knowledge of the Northern Territory certainly helped to make my trip very special.

My partner and I sat down to plan our trip to Vietnam one night... after realising it was a lot to work out we contacted Linda (through a recommendation) and she did not disappoint! She came to our home, discussed the best options and worked out the best travel routes and flight times right there and then! She recommended the tour company Exo travel to us. Exo were A+, it was like having your own uber driver with your own tour guide throughout the whole trip... even cold waters on each entry back to their air conditioned cars. They did treat us like royalty and we really felt we got double the value for our money because of their service, knowledge and all the off path places they took us away from other tourists. Linda's expertise is second to none and worked out all 9 connecting flights through Vietnam, Cambodia and Phu Quoc for us... all went off without a hitch. Also we had easy access to her via the MTA app... which she responded straight away at any time, even weekends. We would like to thank Linda for making our trip to Vietnam one of the best trips of our lives!!! Thanks for everything, we had a fabulous trip. The itinerary worked perfectly. Beijing for the Great Wall and sightseeing, Fuzhou for our sister city and sister school experience, the Wuyi mountains for our fabulous hikes, show, tea experiences and stunning scenery and then Shanghai to finish. The weather was perfect also! Blue skies, around 25c everyday and little or no pollution. I think next time we would factor in some more free time so that we can do our own thing and go shopping, choose some of our own meals etc. That is the only comment anyone made. Other than that, we all had an amazing time and all came back raving about the experience. Thanks Carine for being available to answer queries at short notice, I really appreciate all that you did so that we could enjoy such a fabulous time.

We had an awesome time travelling around Europe thanks to Carine! Leading up to the trip we were time poor to organise and we only had a short period of time for the trip, but with Carine’s help and knowledge we saw so much. Most importantly, she managed the flow, comforting accomodation and highlights of each city. Barcelona, Nice, Rome, Switzerland, Paris and Dubai in 20 days! Highly recommended!
