From June, Hamilton Island settles into 24-degree days. The Whitsunday passage flattens out, the light is sharp and the outside world seems to disappear.
Both Long Pavilion and Pebble Beach at qualia hold Chef Hat recognition in the 2026 Australian Good Food Guide awards. One is an open-sided pavilion for à la carte dining over the Whitsunday passage; the other, a fine dining experience at the waters edge. The Winter Package is built for clients who treat the dining as the destination.
