Back in the USA July/ August 2014
Just back from another great trip to the USA. This now brings my number of states visited to 26. I got the chance to revisit some places but more importantly, visit new ones. I did a road trip from New Orleans, which I had not been too in 16 years, to Memphis, Nashville and Cincinnati.
Thoroughly Enjoyed New Orleans this time. It really is like no other place in the USA, the architecture and history is wonderful. The French Quarter was not touched by Hurricane Katrina. Very interesting place. Seeing Graceland (photo attached) was pretty amazing. It is truly incredible just what they have of Elvis' to put on display. Loved Nashville, lots of good bars and music to enjoy. The Country Music Hall of fame is definately a must do. Also enjoyed Cincinnati where we went to the major tennis tournament they hold there each year just before the US Open. It is one of the best tennis centres that I have been too.
All in all, another fabulous time with wonderful southern hospitality.
