Bikes included - Cycling trips include bike hire. Bikes come in a full range of sizes and are chosen to suit the terrain you'll be covering. They're serviced regularly, most trips also offer e-bike hire (at an additional cost). You can usually bring your own bike from home if you want to just check with us first!!!

With nothing but the wind between you and the open road, travelling on two wheels is all about getting up close and personal with the places you visit. You might find yourself riding through ethnic villages in Vietnam, getting stuck in a goat traffic jam in Morocco, or sharing the streets with vintage cars and horse-drawn carriages in Cuba. Intrepid style cycling isn’t the Tour de France – there'll be plenty of camaraderie with your fellow riders and the lycra shorts are definitely optional – but we promise it’s an unforgettable way to explore.

1. 10% discount applies to new bookings made and deposited with MTA between 12:00am AEDT 21 October 2026 and 11.59pm AEDT 31 October 2026.
2. 10% discount can only be applied toward Intrepid Travel Active small group adventures that depart between 15 January 2027 – 15 December 2027. This promotion excludes the following:i) Independent Short-Break Adventures;ii) Tailor-Made Experiences;iii) Urban Adventures trips;iv) All expedition trips (including Women's Expeditions);v) Adventure Cruise tripsvi) All polar trips in the Antarctic and Arctic;
3. All offers apply to the trip price only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

5. Offer applies to land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.
