Day 1 - Cape Town: Visit to an artisanal coffee roaster to kick-start your morning. Followed by a visit to a local artisanal chocolate maker for the ultimate chocolate tasting experience. You’ll then be transferred to the Bo-kaap where your local guide, Zaki, will meet you for your history tour of the Bo-kaap. Followed by an immersive cooking experience with a local of the area in her home, where she will teach you how to make traditional South African delicacies. This is definitely a highlight of the day.To end the day, you’ll be transported to Pienaar & Sons Distillery for a unique craft gin tasting experience.

Day 2 - Cape Town: Start your day with a scenic drive along Chapmans Peak Drive. Meet your foraging guide at one of the South peninsula beaches. Here you will experience a unique foodie experience and learn about sustainable and delicious eating. After the foraging at one of our beaches, you’ll then be transported to a Veld & Sea classroom to craft your amazing sustainable meal and enjoyed outside with a craft beer and a botanical gin cocktail.

Day 3 - Cape Town: Enjoy a private, tailor made tour of the Norval Foundation Art Gallery led by the curator of the collection. The Foundation is a centre for art and cultural expressionEnjoy lunch and a celebration of true South African hospitality, as world-travelled Chef Nicky Gibbs opens up her home for a very intimate, relaxed lunch experience. Where you will experience a sustainable and organic lunch.Your next stop in Noordhoek will be at the Aegir Project Brewery, to meet the owner and brewer Rory and enjoy a beer tasting and learn more about the process and ingredients involved. You’ll end the day with a scenic helicopter flight back to the V&A Waterfront.

Day 4 - Cape Town:Start the day with a visit to the Zeitz MOCAA, deemed the biggest contemporary art museum in Africa.You’ll then experience an exclusive art lunch in the working studio of The Bronze Age Foundry in the trendy Woodstock area.

Day 5 - Franschhoek :First stop will take place at the Keermont Vineyards, known for its excellent Syrah and white blend. Take part of a cellar tour at one of the boutique wineries. You’ll then spend the afternoon doing a 4x4 Wine Safari at Waterford Estate.

Day 6 - Franschhoek :First stop will be a guided tour through the Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden. You’ll then be privately transported to the beautiful town of Stellenbosch where you will visit the Rupert Museum and learn about the history of South Africa. Finish your day with a visit to La Motte, a winery owned by the Rupert Family. Have been known for making world class wines for generations.

Day 7 - Franschhoek :Start the day off with a single Terroir tasting at Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines which is a highly focused family winery.For lunch, you will enjoy an immersive culinary journey with a local a celebrated local chef and Singita advisor, Liam Tomlin.Finish the day with an intimate wine tasting experience with Jacoline Haasbroek, a passionate winemaker who single handedly makes wine in the tiny cellar of her home.For dinner, we recommend Babel, which is Babylonstoren’s very own restaurant, where you will be able to do a tour of the beautiful gardens at the hotel.

Day 8 - Franschhoek :Start the day off with a bike ride at Boschendal Wine Estate. Followed by a private wine tasting at a beautiful, boutique wine estate, where you will have lunch. Once your lunch is finished you will meet Nick Davies, for a private tasting in is personal cellar. Followed with a short hike un an old elephant path.You’ll end the day with a visit to the beautiful town of Franschhoek, to enjoy an afternoon coffee in one of the beautiful boutique coffee shops and take in the little town’s vibey and colourful nature.

Day 9 – 12 : Singita Kruger National Park | Singita Lebombo Lodge

Twice daily game drives and all meals as per Singita Program.  We will also ensure to include drink and food stops within in the concession while on game drives and at every lodge, to complete the immersive food and drinks experience.Incredible food and wine experience, with lunch at Singita Sweni Lodge on one of the days.Cooking class at the Singita Community Culinary School with one of our previous graduates, where you will be making a selection of traditional South African Dishes (Please see attached, the Singita Community Culinary School PDF for a more detailed breakdown and description)Bush Dinner or Boma dinner on one of the evenings.

Day 12 – 15 : Singita Sabi Sand | Singita Boulders Lodge

Twice daily game drives and all meals as per Singita Program. We will also ensure to include drink and food stops within in the concession while on game drives and at every lodge, to complete the immersive food and drinks experience.Incredible food and wine experience, with lunch at Singita Ebony Lodge on one of the days. Immersive wine tasting at Singita Boulders wine cellar.Bush Dinner or Boma dinner on one of the evenings.
