Travel Tips

The No. 1 Travel tip is to book with a local Australian Travel Agent:

They in turn use the right wholesaler or supplier for your destination. Why because you have the security of knowing that those properties have been inspected by their product teams and must meet their standards. You know that negative feedback is acted upon and product that does not live up to its expectations will be dropped. Reputable companies prise their reputations highly and will not tolerate their clients being let down.

No. 2 Beware:

With the increasing volume of travel websites the travelling public can book online but can they be sure what they are getting? With this increase there has been an increase in both fake websites, technology redirecting travellers to bogus sites and a plethora of fake recommendations and reviews (some websites offer reviews for $5 a piece!). Good reviews equal dollars so how do you see through the mist?

No. 3 Choose a good Travel Agent:

If you can't afford to lose all that you have paid out online yourself then you should be seeking a more professional solution. Book with a travel agent that can ensure you get what you are paying for by using wholesalers, tour companies and airlines that they have established relationships with and whom work within IATA guidelines.

The worst part of a holiday is when it is unexpectedly disrupted by any number of things... it would be as simple as the weather. Don’t spend hours trying to fix things yourself! One call or email and you have a team on your side assisting you to ensure the best holiday possible.

With a travel agent you are not on your own!
