Jacqui created a 2 1/2 week family holiday to Japan. Sightseeing the first week and snowboarding the 2nd week. I would never have thought of going to the places Jacqui suggested. We absolutely loved all of it. A small hiccup with accommodation and Jacqui was all over it. She speaks fluent Japanese which makes life extremely easy. I could not fault the seamless transitions from train to hotel bookings. All documents easily loaded in the MTA app with your itinerary at your finger tips giving you prompts of what's coming up next. QR codes for your train bookings on paper or in the app, plus a folder with so much information on the culture. I gave Jacqui Cuffe complete control over the 2 weeks I had spare in Germany and France. Jacqui gave us options of 3 accommodation ranges in each city to choose from, and found a beautiful Chåteau outside of Paris to celebrate a belated birthday and even organised a birthday dessert surprise for us. All rail and flights were perfectly planned. We even managed an early check-in at our first stop once they checked our booking and realised it was booked via MTA and not an online option. I've just returned home from a 6 week holiday that Michelle booked for my mother and I (Caribbean cruises, USA and Canada). What a wonderful time we had in Tasmania. Our travel agent Michelle Tavli organised everything to the last detail. After we looked at our itinerary Michelle booked all our day trips, local tours & recommendations of Must Do's. We found by using such a great travel agent the price was the same or less, with more benefits & special treatment. I loved the MTA app where our itinerary & all documents were loaded on. So damn easy while travelling. When the flight was delayed Michelle had it all organised in the app right down to returning the car hire to correspond at no extra cost. Honestly why would you try to book it yourself? Our kids have also connected with Michelle & got as good a deal as what you see advertised on Social Media, but the mane difference is she looks after you & your not dealing with a machine. Can not recommend Michelle from MTA highly enough.

When I booked my overseas trip earlier this year and Covid unfortunately intervened Michelle went above and beyond the usual expectations I had of a travel agent. Thank you Michelle, Ubud Bali was a great holiday, would rate as one of the best we have ever had. Sankara Resort/ spa with the up grade was well worth the extra for our own private pool. Flight was also good (not to long) and the seats were the best we have sat. on Jetstar 787. We used your driver contact and found him and his car very good. Shopping, while hot was excellent for bargains and souvenirs. We had to barter a bit but ended up with some great items mostly wood carvings (no trouble with Customs) I will try and send you some photo's from my phone. Cheers Rod and Robyn

We would like to thank Michelle Tavli for organising a wonderful trip of a lifetime to Turkey. From the experiences of Istanbul, Anzac Cove, coastal regions of the Mediterranean and the ancient Historic sites of Ephesus, Acropolis and Cappadocia, it will always remain with us as one of the best trips OS that we have done. It is important to note that we had a wonderful guide in Tamer who travelled with us the entire trip. He filled our days in depth with intimate knowledge of his Country. The size of our tour group was intimate enough that we all had time to relate with Tamer and Michelle was always at hand to assist at any time. Our fellow travellers were wonderful and remain friends with us all to this day. The pace of the tour was so well organised that it was relaxed and totally enjoyable. Michelle’s husband Mehmet was a fellow traveller and negotiated with the Turks on our behalf and his generosity of imparting his knowledge of his homeland was superb. Have just returned from another fabulous adventure organised with the help from the amazing Michelle Tavli This time my playground was that of Egypt and Cyprus and what an amazing time away . The tour of Egypt was fantastic ..the history culture and food of this country was brilliant and I loved every minute of every twist and turn of this amazing country including climbing into the great Pyramid . Next stop to Cyprus was so much fun as I was blessed to catch up with my friends who I had met through when I did my tour of India which was once again organised by my guru of travel Michelle This part of my holiday was suppose to be some R&R to catch up with friends after over 2weeks of travelling the roads of Egypt but far from it I think I explored most of the island from east to west and north to south with not a stone unturned including Aphrodite’s Beach So if you need a wonderful time away don’t hesitate to contact the beautiful Michelle Tavli who will turn your dreams into reality

Michelle from MTA has been our travel agent for over 5 years now and has organised our travel from flights within Australia and New Zealand, rail trips and cruises and overseas travel. We have just this week returned from an 8 week holiday visiting 21 countries. This covered stays in 4/5 star hotels, ocean cruising and river cruising. Great trip to Mexico Playa del Carmen. Loved the atmosphere and the vibe there. Found and amazing Restuarant 100% Natural in 5th Ave Playa del Carmen. Stayed at Hotel HM Playa del Carmen. Great rooms, very large all surrounding an amazing swimming pool , with pool bar. Awesome.

Just wanted to let you know that our family members who have been stuck overseas with one quite ill and in hospital are about to board the first flight ✈️ on their journey home. There’s a lot of flying to go & this is only the first leg of three but they’re on their way. You have NO idea of the major stress and trauma that all this has caused. In saying that I do not want to dwell there but give praise where praise is due. Our travel agent, Michelle Tavli & her team from MTA Travel, have been amazing in their help & encouragement & have gone above & beyond what any other travel agent would do. Dealing with the 2 different time zones, airlines & travel insurance companies has been hell on earth but Michelle has been there every step of the way doing everything she could no matter what time of day, night, weekend and even when she was in Sydney at a wedding. So think about it every one when you’re booking a holiday who you are booking with. Will that person be there to help you if things go wrong because I can tell you from experience I’d have never got through it without her & her assistance. Michelle has done a fantastic job organising all of our holidays. For our recent 3 week family trip to the USA, Michelle took down our wish list and came back to us with an amazing trip. She thought of things we wouldn't have like doing a fun road trip from Vegas through to San Francisco with an overnight stay at Yosemite National Park - which was just stunning. Whilst we were away Michelle was one step ahead of us confirming times for our sight seeing adventures and it was extremely handy having the MTA travel app on our phone which contained all of our travel documents and gave us flight notifications and updates. Hi Michelle, Thanks for organising parts of our recent trip to Lake Como, Barollo, Bordeaux Crazanne and Frankfurt. Your advice and assistance was most helpful and thankfully we did not need to claim on our health Insurance. We did have one small hiccup with a pick up at Frankfurt airport however, a taxi was easily found. We did miss our train from Lake Como to Varenna when they changed the platform and the train actually left early which meant we needed to hire a taxi which consumed all our Euros with the last 10 being coins. I've been on two trips under Michelle's leadership, to Turkey and just returned from China. She covers every detail with a personal touch. 4-5 star hotels, great local guides, selection of local sights and efficient local transport and transfers. I couldn't make the Three Gorges Dam side-tour, so she bought a Three Gorges China cap for me! I can't recommend her too highly.

Just came back from Phuket and loved it. My partner and I stayed at the Phuket Marriott only 3kms from Patong which was really convenient to all the buzz going on at night. Had a fabulous time and could not fault the hotel other than they are a little slow at reception otherwise everything went smoothly. We had lots of inclusions and it was excellent value. There was good variety of food and restaurants, the pool bar a treat. Three pools incidentally, one for kids, yey!!! We went to the Mariott spa as a couple twice, having different treatments and both felt really wonderful and refreshed afterwards. The hotel also offered lots of activities should you want to take part. I did some yoga. The Marriott is also ideally located on its own private beach and up on the hill is a small local restaurant which offers great views and another place close by to chow down!! I absolutely had a fantastic holiday and thank you Michelle for the great offer and making it happen for us.
