Once again, I have been extremely happy with the assistance given to me when booking my flights to Hobart. As I was taking my mum who is 88, I was a bit worried about how it would go with a walker, but thanks to you and your advice in letting me know what to expect it made it a much better experience. It is this kind of help when you are actually able to talk to someone that makes the journey a lot more pleasant.

Food good and cabin Service good to get to pantry for food hop on lift go to deck 14 then walk length to get to get to Food then on return go to deck 9 walk the nearly the length of the ship to the next main exit hop on lift and go to deck 8 then we are home

Our recent family holiday to America was fantastic, very well organised and something that we will all remember forever. Our favourite was Disneyland and San Francisco. All our flights, including internal, throughout America went very smoothly with Jennifer's planning precision. The MTA app was very helpful and reassuring, giving reminders for flights. It was comforting to know that everything was professionally organised and arranged before travel, which meant we could all enjoy the holiday stress free. The hotels that you chose for us were appropriate and enjoyable. Like a surprise for us with each city to see what the accommodation was like. What an amazing experience wonders of the Canadian Rockies and the Spectacular Canyons and National parks. Geoff’s favourite place was Yellowstone Park, mine well I loved Canada its a picture everywhere you go. Thank you Jennifer for all the time and effort you put into our trip we saw everything we wanted to see without a worry. it is so relaxing to go on a holiday and not have to stress or worry about anything and thats what you did for us, we just had to sit back relax and enjoy the scenery which we’re spectacular. Hi Jenni, we had a wonderful trip, we visited the UK, Greece, Spain and Portugal over a 6 week period, wonderful historical sites, great food and night life. Thank you for your assistance and support especially in updating us Re travel requirements etc. SingaporeAir we’re excellent to fly with.

Our long awaited holiday to North QLD was perfect. Jenni worked with us to book flights and the subsequent changes necessitated by COVID lockdowns. She linked in multiple transfers and booked and rearranged a number of tours for us as well. Jenni made it all seem easy. She also introduced us to the MTA app which sorted, tracked and provided notifications as necessary. We had a trouble free holiday thanks to Jenni.
