Planes, hotels and tropical sunshine... the things we’ve always taken for granted have never been so appreciated. Thanks @allykmta for always persevering for us and making this Port Douglas holiday so special x

Thanks Ally for another wonderful holiday. This years holiday to the US took us to San Francisco, New York, Washington and finished with a week's skiing at Breckenridge - Colorado. You make it all seem so easy and certainly deliver an experience to remember. From the flights to the hotels, everything was perfect. A great way to finish the year and spend some quality time with the kids. Thanks again Ally, can't wait for next years adventure!

Just arrived back from another fabulous "Ally" holiday! My family and I spent 2 weeks in Scandinavia and throughly enjoyed it. As always, Ally provided us with an action packed itinerary full of fantastic activities from walking on rooftops in Stockholm, cycling in Copenhagen and an incredible 5 day trip on a Hurtigruten boat travelling down the majestic Norwegian coastline. She always manages to find ways to make our holidays memorable - everything is taken care of from car transfers to the best quality private tours - all we need to do is follow her itinerary and enjoy! Thanks again Ally, you are a gem!

Having just returned from another wonderful holiday booked by Ally, I cannot recommend her highly enough. We have a large extended family and we are a bit of a traveling circus, but Ally has always approached our bookings with enthusiasm and gusto. Nothing is ever a bother, and there is nothing she doesn't think of! Traveling with small children is never easy, but at least everything runs like clockwork and no detail is left to chance with Ally. She truly is a superstar!

Ally Kilpin is simply the best travel agent. We have just returned from yet another holiday in the Yasawa Islands which Ally organised from start to finish. As usual, Ally's expertise and attention to detail meant that everything went perfectly, even with two small children in tow. I highly recommend Ally to anyone wanting an enjoyable holiday experience and can guarantee that once she organises a trip for you, you'll never use anyone else. 5 stars all the way!

Ally! Thanks again for assisting us in the organisation of our Euro trip. We had an amazing time. I can not speak highly enough of the Hotel that you recommended for us in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast - what a great find! Thanks and as always, we will be in touch for you to arrange our next one.

Ally Kilpin's travel expertise is invaluable - she takes the time and trouble to ensure you get the best advice which results in a smooth running travel experience. My recent trip was a last minute and urgent one where Ally's hard work made my travel experience stress-free and allowed me to focus my energies on the reasons for the trip. Greatly appreciated.

I visit India for business most years and the visa application process has historically been expensive and convoluted. This has now changed thanks to an Indian visa online application process for visas on arrival. It currently is available to passport holders of approximately 50 countries (Australia is one of them) and I was informed by customs that the intention is to extend it to 150 in the near term. The online forms are lengthy and it is important that all details are filled out accurately, but once this is done the process upon arrival is seamless. My point of entry on this trip was Delhi and there were about 5 separate visa on arrival customs booths. There were no delays and it appears clear that the intention is to extend the process as much as possible. On a separate note Ally has been booking my flights for various business trips with unusual entry and exit points for many years and has always done an exceptional job. I have no hesitation in recommending her unequivocally. Well done Ally!

Ally is the most exceptional superstar when it comes to all things travel. She can book restaurants in Michelin star restaurants at the drop of a hat - and actually get us a table! She finds the best possible available fares and has personally saved me thousands $$$ by changing flights to better specials when they became available. No request is ever too much for Ally, she always finds the most exciting and outstanding things to do to make each holiday memory the most it can be - from private helicopter flights, to shooting machine guns to private yachts. Ally consistently pulls rabbits out of hats to make the unthinkable happen! I don't know where I would be without Ally, you're just simply amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you Ally!

We had a fantastic time, way too short a holiday as per usual! We were really happy with the Affinia Manhattan, it was in the perfect location for us and in walking distance to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. As we had 2 weeks, we could spend an entire day walking to one end of Manhattan and spend the day there. I’m so glad you booked us the suite, it gave us room enough to relax in without feeling claustrophobic. Wifi was free in the lobby and there were plenty of places to lounge there so that worked for us too. The bar / restaurant attached to the hotel are nice too. It always had locals sipping on a cocktail in the evenings around the bar which really made the atmosphere, oh, and their concierge staff were awesome, knew every inch of Manhattan and were more than happy to help out. We had friends staying at the Manhattan Midtown on 42nd street (I think, or thereabouts) and they paid not much less than us but the standard of their room was pretty average. So in all, we were very pleased. Thanks again for all your help, and yes, we will definitely ask for your assistance with any future travels (I hope it will be soon  ) Highlights of the trip for me were probably the 9/11 museum, Bar 230 on 27th Street between 3rd & 4th ave which had fantastic skyscraper views over the city from a rooftop bar, shopping at Woodbury Common, and hanging out in the village area where we found heaps of venues playing live music with really talented musicians just having fun. Thanks again, Emie Roach 
