Alicia

We have been clients of Alicia for some years and can't speak highly enough of her professionalism and positive personality. Much of our travel has been in areas that involve incredibly complex flight and accomodation requirements. She has managed them all without any problems or issues and all done with close attention to solving any of the unforseen complications that inevitably crop up in overseas travel. Alicia takes the time to understand our needs every time we reach to her for anything travel related, and her understanding of what is available and what will best meet our needs is second to none. Every trip, every experience, every holiday we have had booked, managed and organised by Alicia has been the best. Our most recent trip to Tasmania was exceptional from beginning to end (including the weather).
