flight was okay extra leg room was great the only bitch i have against virgin was toilets when 177 passengers and ony 2 toilets and were we was sitting 1 row from business class and could not use the toilet and had to walk to the rear of the aircraft i think they could let passenger in them two rows to use the front toilet most times not in use othwise flight okay

Debbie recently organised our 6 week trip to Europe to 5 countries. It was a very big task planned over 12 months. This included booking of flights, tours, accommodation, art galleries, trains, buses, airport transfers and insurance. This was meticulously undertaken by Debbie who left nothing to chance in ensuring there were no hiccups or issues with our trip. It just all went like clockwork and we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Debbie gave us so many travel tips and great advice that really helped us in planning this trip and we were pleased we took these up eg booking a 6 hour hotel in Dubai as we had a 10 hour stopover, and not handing our credit card to anyone when paying a bill in restaurant. Debbie goes the extra mile. Debbie patiently answered all our questions and queries as we had not travelled o/s in a long while. She made the trip as easy as it could be for us. Debbie was right across our travel so we had peace of mind travelling o/s if there was an issue it would be attended to promptly but we had none occur. It was a trip of a lifetime for us in no small part to the excellent research, planning and organisation skills that Debbie has. Would highly recommend Debbie to anyone who wants a reliable, capable and sincere travel agent when planning their next trip.

Debbie organized everything. We went to Hamilton Island for 7 nights, including breakfast. Whilst on the island we enjoyed a jet ski tour and Sunset Cruise which were pre planned by Debbie. Highly recommend a couple of days' worth of golf buggy hire, this needs to be done prior because they are booked months in advance. The whole holiday experience was great, and I look forward to dealing with Debbie again.

Debbie helped us with a trip to Yeppoon recently. She was so organised and had a quote to us the same day for flights from Brisbane to Rockhampton return, accommodation in Yeppoon for 7 nights and a hire care for the week. The accommodation at Salt in Yeppoon was amazing with walking distance to beach, restaurants and lots of lovely cafes and shops. Booking through Debbie was so much easier than trying to book online and safer as we knew if something went wrong she was only a phone call away. Thanks Debbie for taking care of our little get away. Debbie is amazing. Three trips and various flights booked with her since 2018. UK trip - boom amazing. Even when my mum cracked it with the first accomodation provider. Changed, refunded and rebooked in two hours. Amazing. Covid cruise perfect even with all that went down. Don’t know how many flights booked, now another cruise in 2023 which we know will be amazing all because of Debbie. Call her and book now, you won’t regret it.

Deb has been incredibly helpful and pleasant in assisting me to track down the progress of a credit for flights cancelled during COVID-19. Although I originally used another travel company to book my flights, Deb was more than willing to look into things for me. She contacted the flight company on my behalf and found that the credit was meant to have been processed by the original travel company several months ago (the travel agency told me the flight company would be doing this). I haven’t yet received my credit, but Debs willingness to help and pleasant manner despite having no obligation to assist me made me wish I had booked through someone like her in the first place. She really does demonstrate excellent customer service and this is something hard to find in this day and age. Thanks for everything Deb!

Debbie has organized many of our holidays both Domestic and International for the past 5 years. We have done the American Queen Mississippi River Cruise, Koh Samui, New Zealand and Darwin. Our last trip which was to Canada, Alaska and the USA West Coast sadly didn't happen due to COVID-19 but Debbie kept us up to date every step of the way with refunds and now alternative options for our next trip in 2021. We have found her to be very competent and well organised. Always happy to go above and beyond and we will continue to use Deb to help us organise our next holidays into the future.
