Thanks Deb, we loved our stay on the North Island of New Zealand. We enjoyed going to Hot Water Beach and having one foot in the cold ocean and the other in hot water, and rain teeming down from the sky! Our favourite place was Rotorua. It had something for everyone. The giant redwoods were amazing and well worth a visit, even if you’re not tree crazy like my hubby! We stumbled across the most spectacular rose garden and it was free! We went into a pub there for dinner ( I can’t remember the name but it was next to the ice cream shop
