Our favourites - Food Edition. Jess here, I first tried Jianbing ?? from a street vendor at the base of the Great Wall of China. It cost about $1 and came served in a plastic bag, I wasn't optimistic. I was wrong, it was delicious! The best way to describe it is a savoury egg pancake with crispy pancakes inside it. Its served as a local breakfast dish, mainly in Beijing.
