I have just returned from the most amazing holiday to Tasmania. The trip was planned and organised for me by Jacob Bartlett my MTA Consultant. The trip was with Bunniks Tours what an incredible extensive experience. The accommodation , the wonderful tour guides , the Tour Bus Driver who took us to the most amazing locations in Tasmania. The Wineglass Bay Island Boat Cruise was a memorable experience. The whole trip was enjoyable every location memorable. Thank you Jacob and MTA for my Tasmania Experience. I couldn't be happier and have booked with Jacob for my Western Australia trip in October . A well chosen and organised trip once again . I am looking forward to this knowing everything will be taken care of.

Jake was a big help in planning our first visit to New Zealand. He took care to understand my preferences and those of my partner. He tailored our itinerary based on our interests with a mixture of group/private tours and rest/travel days. Jake checked in periodically with us during our trip to make sure all was going smoothly. We had a flat tire on our rental car the morning we were leaving New Zealand. His expertise and care made our trip a great adventure allowing us to make lifelong memories. We would recommend Jake wholeheartedly.

I've been going overseas about once a year for many years now, and always tell people how I wouldn't dare to without Jake's (Jacob's) assistance. Especially since I knew a couple once who organised their own trip to Canada from Melbourne, but when they arrived at the airport her visa had run out so they had to turn around, come back home, and start their travel arrangements from scratch all over again (and pay a second time)! Jake is terrific, I feel secure in his hands - wouldn't have it any other way.

Our Trip to Peru and USA Lima , Machu Picchu, Peruvian Amazon Hiking. Then back thru to California , Nevada , Utah and Arizona by Car visiting National parks and friends along the way was awesome, the whole trip went with out a hitch. I would normally spend so much time researching and booking myself but never again after working with Jake. I just said where I wanted to go and everything fell into place. All travel requirements were meet prior to departures. Jake was available 24/7 with prompt replies , “sorry about the late night comms re accommodations in Cusco forgot about the one zones” Thanks for the clarity on how to proceed. The App provided updates as required and notifications in advance for what was required for the next leg. I also had security of knowing that all my documents were there safely if required. Thanks Jake everything it ran very smoothly , now I am back at work busy travel plans throughout November and December all book and confirmed with Jake. It’s great to know I can now sit back with my work travel confirmed and concentrate on the work at hand on the forward Journey. With all the changes in travel over the past few years I now fell confident traveling again. Thanks Jake for the time you put into your clients. You make Travel easy !!

My trip to Lord Howe Island was fantastic. Great walking and tours. ( i did the Round Island and Ball's Pyramid as well as the Glass bottom boat turtle tour). Arajilla was a fabulous place to stay. Lovely quiet rooms very friendly staff that went out of there way to provide a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and always beautifully presented .

This was the holiday we had booked last year - the one the shutting of the WA border cancelled a month before we were due to go... thank goodness for Jake - he just calmly rebooked everything until this time - we actually got an upgrade of cabins because he was on the ball. I never travel without the backing of a travel agent now. Good to have someone who sorts out all those picky little details for you - with no drama thanks Jacob

Thanks so much for your great service Jake. I really got excited when the pilot opened the throttle and we launched off the runway. Woo Hoo! first plane for so long!! The Hotel in Hobart (Old Woolstore) was very nice. They were responsive to any requests, and the cooked breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the few days in Hobart, explored more eateries (did you know about Daci & Daci french bakery???) oo lala! The bus trip up kunyayi/Mt Wellington was really good value too - we struck it lucky with the driver I think. Thanks for being there to smooth out a couple of bumps. Looking forward to the next times this year!

Jake you are a legend and the best Travel Agent(TA) we have ever had because from the beginning till end it felt like you were our personal TA and you made it effortless. We had an amazing 7-day-round-Tasmania trip thanks to you. You went above and beyond patiently tweaking the trip to OUR specific needs and we never felt pushed or rushed . you always made yourself available to us, which I really appreciated. You gave us the best tips thanks to your own extensive personal travel knowledge and experience. AND last but not least you managed to secure us a car when there were none to be had (and we thought we would have to cancel whole trip) PLUS saved us $1,600 on the going rate and saved us money on the accomodation rates! Tassie is a great destination for Families with teenagers. So much to see. never a dull moment Highlights for us: everything really but stand outs.. Destinations: Bay of Fires, The Big Tree (Dip Falls) and Honeymoon Bay Accommodation: quaint Edinburgh B&B Hobart. Cradle Mountain Hotel (staff amazing) Food: Willie Smiths Apple Shed. Jake, I can’t thank you enough! We had a great family holiday thanks to you! As you know the cyclone threw a massive spanner in the works but you sorted everything out for us. With 2 small kids in toe and already on route through Brisbane. We thought our family holiday was cancelled. Thanks to your quick thinking and excellent communication we were still able to go. We were so pleased with the way you sorted everything out and when we arrived there was even a gift from you awaiting us. Well done to you Sir Jake. (You have now earned the title sir) Your costumer service was impeccable and I bragged to our friends who were having to sort out alternative arrangements themselves about having engaged you for our travel plans. Thank you for your excellent service again, Jake! Our trip to Sweden, Aosta valley in Italy and Geneva Switzerland was unforgettable, albeit packed with family and friends visits. I can particularly recommend the Aosta valley, tucked away behind the Mont-Blanc and the Matterhorn. Gran Paradiso is Italy's first national park and a paradise for hikers. Our rental house in the little town of Châtillon was a beautiful home base for daily excursions to stunning vistas and cultural events. On the lessons learnt side, we may give Etihad a miss next time. Little legroom on the way over and minimal meal service requiring you to consider their snack menu to complement. On long haul flights, I think that's rather unpopular.

Jake, you took our near impossible task of seeing Australia within 4 long weekends and made it to perfection. You paid attention to every detail. Every thing went extremely well, could of not been done better We are back home in Canada. Thank you.

I've had the very good fortune to have Jake arrange and organise my many overseas trips over the years. I highly recommend his services. When there are so many details around organising an overseas trip, it's such a joy not to have any unwanted glitches or surprises when you're so far away from home. Thank you, Jake!

Thanks so much to Jake for helping us organise our recent Vietnam trip! He helped with all our flights, tours and some of our accommodation which was a great and definitely took the stress out of travelling for 16 nights! We did an overnight Mekong Delta trip on a private Sampan that Jake arranged and it was amazing. The only way to travel and we really felt like royalty when we visited the floating markets as everyone on the other day boats were taking out photo & waving to us! In Hanoi we had a bit of an issue with our room but when we checked back onto the same hotel after our Ha long Bay trip we had been upgraded to a much larger and nicer room at no extra cost! Speaking of Ha Long Bay - it is a long journey to meet the boat (3.5 to 4 hour drive) but totally worth it once you start cruising. Jake advised us a few days before our trip that our Junk boat had been docked for repairs but he managed to get us on a larger boat with a cabin upgrade (again at no additional cost) - fantastic! If your in HCMC I would recommend the War Remnants Museum - it is definitely an eye opener and worth a visit. My favourite part of Vietnam (so far as we will be going back to see more) was Hanoi. We stayed in the Old Quarter. It might be really busy and quite noisy but totally worth it when you walk out of your hotel into the hustle and bustle. We did a wonderful walking food tour in Hanoi and visited some really back alley places run by locals who live upstairs and all of the food & drink was delicious - make sure you bring your appetite and if they suggest an egg coffee - have one, they are delicious!!! I would highly recommend Jake for all your travel needs as he is very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive especially when you when you need him while you are travelling. Thanks again Jake!

Thank you Jake for making my travel to Guangzhou, China and Hong Kong easy and seamless. And for answering all my many questions being a first time traveler to Asia. As I was recommended to you, so will I continue to do - and the small things like a handwritten Bon Voyage postcard shows how much you care about your clients!

A million thank-you's would never be enough for the care, consideration and time Jake puts into helping plan our holidays. Our recent trip tp Fiji was enjoyable, relaxed, organised and completely faultless. Jake had covered everything. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and no amount of questions are ever too many!! As a single Mum travelling with two children, the type of resorts and experiences needed to be both Child friendly and still adult enjoyable...Jake covered this in spades. All of our transport was pre arranged which was such a savour. Both resorts, The Naviti-with its all inclusive package, and The Radisson Blu-with its "awesome" waterslide, were massive hits with the kids, but still made this Mum feel like I was on a real holiday too!! And the Captain Cook "Reef endeavour" cruise around the Southern Yasawa Islands, was a tropical paradise for all three of us. I always enjoy Jake's care of selecting the best flights and handling reservations. He is quick to respond if I have a question during the trip. This last trip took me around the world and I experienced the spring warmth of Barcelona, the cold snap, snow storm and frozen lakes of Stockholm, the bistros of the quartier latin in Paris, the awesome vistas over Lake Geneva, and the tech-heavy buzz of Silicon Valley. All flights, accommodation and outings went like a charm. For a business trip, in addition to productive meetings, I had a ball! My relatives back home were really jealous :).
