I'm passionate about travel and specialise in providing excellent customer service! With over 20 years' experience in the travel industry, my expertise will always ensure that my clients are satisfied and happy with their final travel plans.

I am based in North Queensland on the Atherton Tablelands. I was previously based in Townsville for 4 years, after moving from the remote mining areas in WA, where I worked as a Manager of a Harvey World Travel Office. I've also worked in South East Queensland and in other facets of travel, including designing and escorting domestic and international tours for groups.

I've travelled to many destinations globally. I've been to most states of the USA, Mexico, Hawaii, Japan, Canada, the Pacific Islands, Indonesia, New Zealand, Dubai, the Greek Islands, many countries of Asia, the Caribbean, United Kingdom, as well as many countries of Europe. I've travelled extensively domestically and internationally to pursue experiencing new cultures, immersing in new traditions, visiting historical sites, absorbing awe-inspiring landscapes, and sometimes to pursue my passion in motor racing, motorcycle racing, AFL games, rugby league games, and even the World Cup Cricket in the Caribbean. I have a keen interest in journeys with meaning, and have organized fundraising and even built a house for charity in Cambodia while escorting a group. I have vast product knowledge for all destinations and an amazing support group of specialists to assist in preparing the perfect journey to suit everyone's individual needs!

As an accredited cruise consultant, I can advise the best cruising experience to suit my client's needs. My most recent cruises were on the Royal Caribbean Radiance on a Music Themed Cruise, National Geographic Orion on a Photographic Expedition Cruise through the Forgotten Islands and to see the Komodo Dragons, and a relaxing family cruise of the Pacific Islands.

I've built my business by providing the best service for my regular, loyal clients, and they in turn refer their friends and family to me. Many clients have booked their travel with me for over 15 years and I'm very grateful for their ongoing support.

As recognition of my professionalism, high standards in customer service, and my involvement in the local community, I've won industry and local awards, such as “Employee of the Year” at the Business Excellence Awards by the Karratha and District Chamber of Commerce for the local shire in 2007 in WA. I've also been selected as a delegate to travel to South Africa on the Harvey World Travel Exchange Program. During my time in management, the Wickham Office has twice received “High Commendation” for Business of the Year, in 2006 and 2007.

I have a passion for arranging dream holidays for people wanting to travel anywhere and everywhere and I enjoy sending people to amazing destinations all over the world. I especially love a challenge, so creating customised and unique itineraries for people to travel to popular or diverse destinations that aren't necessarily ‘traditional' holidays, is one of my many specialties. With experience in arranging travel for groups, corporate, special occasions/weddings, and conferences, as well as leisure holidays for singles, couples and families, your travel needs will be well looked after.

I have gained vast experience and knowledge working for Concord Air Tickets, Harvey World, Jetset, Monarch Air Tours, American Express, UTAG/Travelscene, Travellers Choice, as Domestic and International Consultant, Tour Designer and Guide, Fares and Ticketing Specialist, and as Manager of an Agency.
