Just recently I returned from a fabulous overseas trip organised by Julie at MTA travel agents. I went with family there were 7 of us all together from 2children to 3 over 70s so challenging . Always going to be a few concerns with such a range of age groups but Julie managed us through all possible scenarios with ease . We all went on a fabulous cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line the quality of the customer service & food couldn’t be faulted . My 2 sisters & I organised a side trip to Sardinia unfortunately before we were leaving the airline cancelled our flight with absolutely no alternatives offered . Thank you Julie for another fabulous holiday. From private airport transfers to helping us upgrade to business class we had an amazing trip to Canada and Alaska. Gold Class on the The Rocky Mountaineer is a must for anyone considering this trip. Not only is the scenery spectacular seen through the domed viewing windows, the comfort of the carriage, yummy food and great staff made the trip!. We thoroughly enjoyed our Viking cruise to Alaska and we were thankful to be on an extremely comfortable small ship with our own balcony rather than the other enormous ships we saw in port. We would however not recommend the Anchorage extension at the end of the cruise and would had preferred to have directly returned to Vancouver. Thank you again Julie for helping chase our refund. I'm writing this with a truly guilty and shameful conscience, because the numerous trips Julie has booked for us over the years have taken the worries out of most aspects of especially, travel overseas, and this is our very first testimonial. Julie's thoroughness, detail and support all along the way on our trips around the world would be difficult to better by anyone. Above all, her very personalized service in every way and situation is a comfort and assurance that leaves one with a feeling 'what can/could ever go wrong?!' But things do go wrong - on a skiing holiday to Japan my Grandson broke his collarbone, Julie was crucial and instrumental getting him home. On a Greenland Adventure Cruise last August, we got almost stuck already in Singapore, because our onward flight with Lufthansa to Munich was cancelled, Julie, without our knowledge had already booked a hotel room at Singapore Airport before our flight had actually arrived. I agree with Jackie Lazarevic below organizing international travel, almost any travel, is no longer a job for the laymen.

Julie was amazing I have so many good things to say about MTA. Every trip I book for my family will be through Julie and MTA. Our flights were cancelled. We have just returned from a 10 day cruise up the East Coast of Australia on the Majestic Princess which Julie arranged for us. Everything went smoothly. We stayed in a Balcony Mini Suite which was wonderful. Very spacious and extremely clean. The room was also positioned midship which we appreciate when cruising. We would definately book this category again. Julie organized our online check in, prebooked our shore excursions and also arranged for reservations to be made at some of the fine dining restaurants onboard. We also had a wonderful surprise Breakfast delivered to our room as a 'gift' from MTA. Lastly she organized a private transfer on our return from the Port to our home which was a lovely way to end our trip. Very happy as always and will be back to book our next holiday soon !

I would like to thank Julie for recommending our Magnificent Europe River Cruise with APT. Julie’s persistence with the Cruise Company got us the last cabin on the ship with the dates we wanted. We have been booking our family holidays with Julie for many years. On this occasion we travelled to Hawaii. Julie booked our flights, transfers, Pride of America Cruise and accommodation in Waikiki. All our transfers between flights, hotels and cruise departure points were spot on. Her hotel recommendations were perfect. We experienced some issues with our in flight service, which we mentioned to her, and Julie quickly stepped into action. Our return trip had us treated like VIP's. We were greeted at the airport and escorted all the way from check in, to the lounge, boarding gate and even on the plane. The service was outstanding. It's not often people can say they've been to the end of the earth! What an adventure. Julie did it again! An experience to top them all where we had the pleasure of exploring Alaska in all its glory. An arousal of all the senses there were never 2 days that looked the same....we will remember this trip forever.
