Organising your travel should not be stressful and although it has become more challenging than just jumping on a plane it isn't impossible. The Travel Industry has irreversibly changed, but as an experienced advisor, I have the information, technology and global support to ensure you have a seamless and memorable travel experience. I am constantly being kept up to date with all the new protocols to ensure that you have all the most current information on border closures (or openings) and also that any suppliers I use will comply with safe travel practices.
My clients book with me time and time again, because they know I listen carefully to their needs and that I have the expertise and knowledge to provide recommendations which are tailored to their requirements and more importantly I save them time and money. Client satisfaction is very important to me and I'm happy to say that the majority of my new clients are referrals from my existing customers.
I have a vast expertise in, corporate and group travel, as well as the luxury leisure market which in turn, has let me travel extensively throughout the world. I started out managing the inbound tour arm of All Nippon Airways in 1987 which handled luxury tours to Australia for Japanese tourists, where I learnt the importance of true customer service. Since then I have acquired a diverse and extensive wealth of experience in the travel industry in many countries. I have also travelled widely myself including such places as Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Pakistan, China, Hong Kong, Macau Russia (Trans-Siberian train), most of Europe (East & West) including Scandinavia, Morocco, South Africa, UAE (Dubai), Maldives, USA, Jamaica, Cuba, Ecuador and I have lived for 3-4 years in each of Japan, Spain & France where I also mastered the local languages and understand the cultures and lifestyles. So, I am able to pass on this wealth of knowledge and experience to you and ensure your trip is the best it can be.
