Kathy made this trip memorable! She organised the whole thing perfectly and it was just what we needed as previously usually do online but was too much so she took over. The locations were spot on as well as transfers plus booking tickets were all great timings. Thank you and will use your service again!

Within 30 minutes we were under control. Within the hour we were rebooked. By that night we had paid and had tickets. DONE. Kathy made our day, our weekend and our holiday. Kathy was a miracle worker! I was too busy to work out any of our family's holiday arrangements for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Austria. The hotels were amazing. Kathy found hotels in awesome locations that were so well appointed at great value and this was over Xmas! Transfers were easy and all arrived on time. The flights that Kathy chose for us were a great direct route with minimal waiting times and had terrific connections. The whole trip was so well organised. We received a wallet with all our vouchers beautifully laid out, which gave us the day by day of what we needed to do and where we needed to be. It was a dream white xmas. Thank you!

Kathy is a gem. You give her your travel requirements and without any fuss she is able to negotiate your needs. On a recent Tasmanian holiday she arranged seamlessly our airline fares, car hire, hotel stay and B & B accommodation. Can't thank Kathy enough!! I actually tried to book a 28day holiday to the USA with the family traveling all around... Was finding it impossible. Was so confused... Kathy looked after EVERYTHING! all my accommodation, flights, transfers and even booked my Boardway tickets. I didn't have to do anything except concentrate on what I was going to do when I got there. I would have been lost without all her knowledge.

Kathy worked with me to book my family holiday to the USA and Canada for June July 2019. Kathy was always on hand to answer any questions I had and pretty much organised all our flights, accommodation, train tickets and transfers. Everything Kathy said she would do she did and more we have returned from our holiday and loved every second of it. Accomodation, flights, train rides and transfers were all wonderful. Even when I had a bit if a problem with one of the places Kathy sorted it out within a few hours. Kathy has been helping us to plan holidays for over 10 years now! We wouldn't have it any other way :) Kathy is an experienced traveler which makes her extremely knowledgeable on various destinations and experiences. She goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best trip! We booked our last holiday with only weeks to spare, traveling with an infant and toddler. But Kathy still managed to book us into reasonably priced, family sized & well located hotels at all stops. We also received a few hotel freebies & upgrades thanks to Kathy's Expedia VIP status. Kathy was available to help us sort out a room booking miscommunication and even called up the hotel on our behalf. Resulting in an apology from the hotel and complimentary breakfasts :) We're also grateful for the day trip recommendations, which we probably wouldn't have attempted otherwise. I can't recommend her enough!! Hopefully we'll be seeing Kathy soon for our next holiday booking.

Kathy is a fantastic find. An absolute gem. Her knowlege and experience got my family to the perfect holiday destinations in both Fiji and Bali over the past couple of years, as well as arranging an ANZAC Day experience in Gallipoli with a number of tricky add ons that worked out brilliantly. She is experienced and thoughtful and I would highly recommend having a chat with her to arrange your next travel experience. Talking with her feels like you are talking with a close friend who is also a travel professional. What a great combination.

Kathy is truly an amazing person, not only did she organise a fantastic family holiday, last minute, for my three teenagers and myself. But kept in contact throughout the planning process. My husband landed in hospital whilst we were overseas and thank God we had Kathy as our 'go to' person. Kathy went above and beyond, attending to all our needs quickly, efficiently, with a level of professionalism that Kathy balances with her caring nature and that eased our stress load enormously. Now try finding that on an online booking site! If you are lucky enough to find Kathy to assist with your holiday then you will be guaranteed a 10/10 service.

Kathy thought of everything for our epic European family adventure! Her Special thoughts and touches made travelling with a 3 year old way more bareable! Couldn't be happier! Found great cheap flights, and responded within a day or so when all the "old school" travel agents took over a week... if at all! Also helped with all the other associated things: felt very taken care of, and great one-on-one personal treatment :) I usually use an online flight search, but for this trip it was a bit "more complicated"... so figured i'd get someone else to do it: it was such great service I seriously think i'd just go with Kathy from MTA every time from now on!
