Last year we had Katy book our trip to Canada, New York then onto Barcelona, Salzburg, Prague and Positano. It was a trip of a life time organised totally by Katy and can’t thank her enough for how smoothly everything went. All flights (9 of them!) left on time and if needed we had perfect wait time in between. We absolutely loved every accommodation that Katy booked for us in each city which just helped our holiday be so amazing. There was one little drama with a transfer in New York and with a quick phone call home to Katy and she sorted the problem. Katy is such a generous, honest and reliable person and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending Katy to sort your travel plans so much so so she is now currently working on our up coming trip to Sicily!

The guys at this hotel were Fantastic and very accommodating to all our needs. View from the breakfast table was awesome, then to go to the roof top pool the view were amazing, nothing like good views and a drink in your hand. Katy is amazing!!! My family and I are frequent travellers, and Katy has been organising all my family travel arrangements since 2006 and not once has she ever let my family down. No question is too difficult and Katy always responds quickly to emails and phone calls. She also understands the challenges of travelling with a young family and will always put together an itinerary that complements the needs of a family to provide an amazing travel experience for every family member, all with a competitive price. During my family travels in 2012 and then again in 2014, certain family members had health issues, Katy immediately contacted our travel insurance and went out of her way to make sure all necessary arrangements were in place for us on both occasions to return earlier to Australia. We are just back from our "Trip of a Lifetime' to Canada and Alaska, Wow! this was the most amazing experience, we caught the Rocky Mountaineer in Vancouver for a 2 day, Journey Through the Clouds, travelling across saltbush desert and then into the mountains. The service and food was fantastic and our staff gave us entertaining and informative commentary along the way. Our overnight hotel in Kamloops was great and looked out over the gardens to the lake. We stayed in Jasper for 2 nights, then Lake Louise at the Fairmont, Banff, Chase, Whistler, Vancouver Island at Victoria seeing the amazing Butchart Gardens, then onto the Nieuw Amsterdam, for our trip up the Inside Passage to Alaska and Glacier Bay. There were so many wonderful sights along the way, I loved going out on The Athabascar Glacier, very cold but incredible. Just watching the snow capped mountains above the forested hills as we drove along was wonderful, so different to Australia. There were plenty of experiences included in our tour and we enjoyed the free time in the places we stopped for two nights, just exploring the towns. We were on a Travelmarvel tour, this was very well organised, the hotels were excellent and they even held onto our luggage for our last day in Vancouver when we disembarked the ship at 8am and didn't flyout till 23.55pm. Excellent service. This was the best trip we have done, I would highly recommend it. Thankyou Katy Shane for all your assistance in setting this trip up for us, you listened to all our little worries and nothing was too much.

I was recently referred to Katy by a friend. I thank Katy for booking our recent trip to LA and Vegas. She had come in at a better price and had managed to include extras at no extra cost eg. Spending voucher in the hotel we were staying, daily buffet breakfast included, late checkout etc. I highly recommend Katy and plan to use her services for my next trip.

Since Katy took over the management of our overseas bookings it has made the planning so much easier and streamlined for us. Katy understands our complex needs and makes sure that we are up to date with all bookings along with letting us know when she finds great bargains for flights for future bookings. She is also such a lovely personality to chat with on the phone and a smile in her voice all the time.

Everything went off smoothly. All the staff on board were so friendly and courteous. The food - every possible cuisine was available on board. There were so many many activities and Shows on board. I can't express how accommodating Katy was in helping with our Bali trip. We used her services a few times and she was just as attentive with this trip as she was in the past. I changed dates and times so many times yet Katy remained in control and guided me through everything. I felt as though I had a personal assistant catering to any and all my questions. Even while Katy was away on personal business, she still managed to look after us. As a single mum, I felt looked after and cared for in planning our holiday, she went over and beyond to help. I've told friends about her and they were just as pleased with her services. She is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend her services. My last overseas trip was 2004. Intrepid traveller I am not! From the get go Katy was understanding and helpful, and above all contactable once the money was paid. She met with me for a coffee at a time and place that suited ME. And was kind and patient with what I am sure were some pretty weak questions and concerns. Then the fun began. About 3 days into.my trip I had my.phone stolen. OS, alone in a very foreign country? Not a good feeling. Not only did Katy take care of communications with me and my folks when even the hotel was not contactable, she kept trying and took care of return flight confirmations etc. And kept family informed. Katy...."It's all part.of the job"...gotta tell you Katy..."No it isn't". You went above and beyond in every way...looking after me as well as a worried mum. You are golden Katy. Not gonna travel again unless it is with you.

Katy would have to be the most attentive travel agent we know. We have utilised her wonderful services and expertise for the last three years now, and have never been disappointed. I'll never forget our stay in a beautiful overwater bungalow in a 5 star resort in French Polynesia. Katy found this gem at a ridiculously discounted price, and because of this we were able to experience true luxury in one of the most romantic places in the world. We would never have known this amazing place existed, let alone experience it, had it not been for Katy. And we also love those thoughtful gestures that Katy makes, such as the personalised travel wallets; the clear carry on toiletry bag with the little essentials, (that one forgets when in a hurry!) and the suitcase name tags. We are planning another trip next year and we will definitely be calling Katy.

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Katy for all her help in organising our recent family trip to the USA. She has been most considerate, patient and understanding in her dealings with us, especially with our ever changing plans and requests. Katy Shane is the best! Every year for the last 5 years we book our annual overseas family holiday with our three young children with Katy. She plans everything for us in such a professional manner we have to organise nothing!! She has so much knowledge and keeps up to date on all the travel trends and suggestions! Katy also helped us plan my bucket list trip to Las Vegas to see my dream come true the national finals rodeo and advised us on what we "had" to see whilst in Vegas. Katy organised a 7 week trip through Europe for myself and two daughters that were 9 and 12 at the time. Katy organised my flights, train travel, accommodation (range of hotels, apartments, holiday parks and even a monastery stay!) and a 7 night cruise. This was a trip of a life time for me and she understood my nervousness of travelling with children on my own making sure my transfers were at reasonable times for the girls and to be mindful of my security concerns. I cannot remember the first time Katy organized a holiday for my (very demanding) husband and my family but the fact that we keep asking Katy to help us again and again is a testament to how hard she works to please her clients. Katy's knowledge and advice has proved invaluable over the years. We have experienced some fabulous family getaways that Katy has arranged and each one has been designed around our needs at that time. We thought our days of travelling as a family were coming to an end, as our daughters are now in their late teens, however Katy's suggestion of a cruise last Christmas/New Year was the best. We have now booked another cruise and our daughters are looking forward to it just as much as we are. I was initially very worried about the catering on the cruise as our youngest daughter suffers from food allergies which are life threatening. Katy as always ensured that any special needs documents were filled out, faxed and emailed to give us peace of mind. Katy has been my travel agent for six years and has organised all of my trips which have included USA, Bora Bora, our honeymoon in Vietnam, and most recently, France and Italy. We have just returned from our five week holiday in France and Italy, and it was the trip of a lifetime. As we had not travelled to Europe before, the thought of organising the trip seemed daunting and overwhelming but Katy made it seem easy and enjoyable. Katy was very helpful - she listed options for hotels with different price points, booked our train tickets and private transfers where needed, organised excellent tours, and car hire. Katy has great access to tour companies and only recommends the best. Our favourite and most memorable tours were the Rome walking tour and the Ferrari/Balsamic Vinegar of Modena/Parmigiano Reggiano Day tour. They were fun, informative, the tour guides & transport were fantastic, and the tours were all carried out at a good pace. Katy is a joy to work with as she is honest, friendly and professional, and provides a holiday that is completely tailored to your needs. Everything ran smoothly and we loved the fact that we didn't have to worry about anything. All information and itineraries were neatly organised in a package and all we had to do was follow it! My husband and I had THE most amazing trip with memories we will treasure forever and we are so grateful for all of Katy's efforts. We couldn't have done it without her!
