Dear Kathy... it was an absolute pleasure working with you during the planning and booking phases of my epic 8 week trip to Europe. I was impressed with your "no request is too hard" attitude, which made my travel planning a remarkably pleasant experience. Your itinerary was 1st class in that the whole trip went according to plan. I am also indebted to you for the efficient manner in which you arranged emergency flights ( within 30 minutes) for us in Singapore, when it became necessary for one of us to have to fly to Australia a week before originally scheduled. I will definitely use your services for my next trip and would be very happy giving your name to other colleagues of mine who travel frequently.. Thank you once again Kathy.
