Qualia - Hamilton Island
Qualia on Hamilton Island is one of my favourite places in all of Australia if not the world!
Ultra luxury on Hamilton Island, the resort is Adults only making it perfect for honeymooners, Anniversary's or just a child free getaway.
I was lucky enough to spend 6 nights in a Windward Pavillion for our Honeymoon. Once you arrive your made to feel special, check in is completed on comfortable lounges while sipping on some Charles Heidsieck champagne, instantly you relax with the view of the Great Barrier Reef and the hot air hitting your skin.
You are given electric golf cars to use around the resort and island, Qualia is very much away from the main area of Hamilton and the resort is very private, the only time we saw other guests was when we were at breakfast and if using the main pool. Outside guests are not welcome at Qualia so you must be staying to enjoy the facilities, again a nice touch.
Customer service is a priority at Qualia, it's a true 5 star resort.
While staying at Qualia there isnt a need to even leave the resort, however, if your wanting to get out and explore I highly reccomend doing the Whitehaven by Helicopter which takes you to Whitehaven Beach for a private champagne picnic, the views you get from the Helicopter are once in a lifetime memories.
If you can spend a little more the Windward Pavillions are worth it.
