I really enjoy spending time with my clients chatting about their likes and dislikes which helps me be able to create their own personal itinerary. The planning stages of your itinerary should be just as exciting and as easy as the holiday. It all starts with our first meeting, through to the planning stages, the excitement of the handover of your tickets and my continued support whilst you are away. Then that phone call or email (and now my clients can go to my website) to let me know about your exciting adventures. To see the smiles and hear the laughing as I find out all of the stories about the trip is truly my reward. For me your holiday is my work of art and your itinerary is my short story. Something that we have worked together to create, with my clients input and my skills and experience, together with my contacts and being associated with an Australian Agency that is 1 of only 9 to be associated with the invitation only Virtuoso Network. I am proud to say as a teenager growing up I always wanted to be a Travel Agent, and I've always loved travel. 30 years on I've managed to gain an incredible amount of experience in the industry and continue my career while rearing 2 children (now teenagers), and today still love what I do. In the travel industry there is always something new and different to learn, which keeps my job interesting. The world is a very big place and I love exploring and learning through travel. I have also travelled with my family a lot so I can give all the mum's and dad's out there firsthand knowledge and tips to help put together a holiday that parents and children will enjoy.
I love to arrange your entire travel, whether it's a weekend on the Gold Coast, round world trip of a lifetime, or a surprise birthday in the French Rivera for you and 70 of your closest friends. Whatever it may be, I can make it happen. My passion is European itineraries; however, I have extensive experience in Europe, USA, Canada, South Pacific and Asia. I really love to arrange any itinerary.
