Traveling in these covid times is difficult. We engaged Monika to help us plan and book our recent overseas trip. She was fabulous. She was always available to answer any of our queries. She made our travel so much easier by checking all the relevant covid regulations at the various destinations, booked the flights and kept us abreast of the changes as they occurred (and they did), arranged our travel insurance and generally took all the worry and hassle out of our holiday preparations. As a result we had no problems at all. I have no hesitation in recommending Monika and will continue to use her services for future overseas travel.

Monika is the first travel agent I have dealt with who thinks of simply everything. Her approach is meticulous and at the same time inspired, resulting in some wonderful experiences. Monika arranged two Mediterranean cruises for us, both fabulous but the stand-out experience would have to have been our 4-night stay in the Palace Hotel, Malta before embarking on our cruise in 2016. The rooftop infinity pool with adjacent dining, set against a backdrop of spires and domes was simply breathtaking. Then there was our 2018 safari in Namibia, Botswana and South Africa. Highlights were a treetop camp in Namibia, the Okavango Delta and Sabi Sands in SA. Then there was a cruise from Kota Kinabalu to Darwin through the Indonesian archipelago and one down the Mekong. All memorable in different ways. With Monika organising everything from flights to accommodation and more recently G2G passes etc., so much stress is removed as she invariably thinks of all the details before you do. I would recommend her to anyone planning their next trip abroad, wherever that may be. We have just returned from Christmas Island which although part of Australian territory is also abroad in a sense as it falls outside our customs zone. Once again a well-organised (in spite of a lockdown resulting in cancellation and rebooking) and unique experience organised by Monika

So many wonderful memories of amazing holidays organised by our very special Travel Agent Monika. It must be all of 14 years together at Alpha Travel - holidays to celebrate significant birthdays - Wedding Anniversary’s - overseas family holidays as well as fabulous Cruises. Every detail taken care of - never having to worry about anything from the moment of leaving our front door till our return we could always count on Monika’s professionalism knowing she was there with us all the way. Her patience and caring has endeared her to us and we have developed a very personal relationship over the time - sharing many happy times as well as happy tears when we catch up after a long absence. We hope once these uncertain times Are behind us that we will be able to once again enjoy the pleasure of planning a holiday together.
