WHO IS MICHAEL MANNERS?
Michael Manners is one of the most hatted chefs in NSW having owned and operated restaurants in Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Orange. He now runs Cooking Classes at Ross Hill Winery in Orange. He started his career in France in the 1960s so this will be an amazing opportunity to discover this amazing part of France through the eyes of an Australian chef – giving you insight and information that you could not get anywhere else!
