Susan support and assistance during the booking process and necessary flight changes during our stay overseas in 2022 was second to none. Having an agent these days with an ever changing playing fields is, in my mind, essential. Susan worked tirelessly to support our requirements and was contactable out of hours convenient to us. Thank you to Susan! My friend and I planned a trip away for 2 months to Europe but had no idea where to start. Thanks to Susan she made it easy from the flights, accomendation and all the transfers needed while overseas. By letting us know all about the app and teaching us how to use it she was able to put in every detail we needed to make our trip as smooth as possible. Can't thank you enough and looking forward to planning more trips with Susan in the future!

Thanks to Susan our holiday travels went perfectly. Every detail was planned precisely even down to where we dropped luggage off in transit at Honolulu. The accomodation Susan suggested was perfect for our needs. The Hilton Waikiola on the Big Island was luxurious with lots of activities. Walking, swimming in the numerous pools, lagoon and nearby ocean bay, where we watched Honu play in the shallows. Every evening we found a great vantage point to watch the sun sink over the Pacific. Susan suggested we rent a car at Kona airport which gave us the opportunity to be more independent and scare the hell out of other local drivers. ( why Americans find the need to drive on the wrong side, tip and use impirical measurement amazes me!). After four perfect days we left Kona to head to Waikiki, where the pace picked up. Our only request to Susan was an Ocean front view and the Sheraton Waikiki, 9th floor Ocean front did not disappoint. The foyer decor on each floor is a little tired but the view overlooking the infinity pool below and out to the Pacific Ocean is beyond description. There was always something happening, the long board riders, the catamarans and the people. Life in Waikiki never seems to stop, you can shop till 11pm, eat anytime you like day or night and hit the ABC shops to buy food and alcohol all hours of the day. I think I located all the great shopping locations, bringing home a Coach bag, Kate Spade Dress and Addidas shoes from Waikele DFO, a Tory Burch dress from Nordstrom Rack, makeup from Macy's and shoes from Ross's. All these purchases were a fraction of their original cost and my three daughters are very pleased with their gifts. Well I have now returned home to relax, it is no longer 28 deg and sunny (lucky I bought some bargain jumpers in Waikiki) I already miss the Mai Tai's and Hawaiin sunsets. Hawaii is a great place to vacation, you can take in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki or visit the scenic coastline and snorkel, helicopter flights, catamaran or take a short tour. All these options are available and easily booked at your hotel. Thanks again Susan for your assistance, Mauii is in our sights!

Susan, We can't thank you enough for all the work you put into making our Mediterranean holiday an even better experience we could ever have imagined. You booked our flights, our cruise,our train, our hotels, our transfers and our tours. Everything went like clockwork and the hotels you booked were spectacular and the tours amazing. All we had to do was look at our MTA app each morning to see what we were doing. We had the best 5 weeks of our lives, and your hard work and experience meant we could just relax and enjoy.
