I would like to express my appreciation to Tess Ellis for organising my trip to and fro overseas. I had a bit of an issue with the airline which I preferred as they were changing their flight schedule for my return unexpectedly but it was sorted out without any charge. Thanks for the assistance of Tess. She’s very supportive.

Following a very busy period we decided to do a trip to Alaska and Canada. Tess advised us on what we can do and made all the arrangements which went well. She was quick to respond when we needed to alter a tour while we were away. We had a lovely time and look forward to our next trip.

I had a trip booked through Tess Ellis, to travel to Vanuatu at the end of February. Tess efficiently and cheerfully took care of my travel, accommodation, transfer needs, arranged for my electronic air tickets and detailed itinerary to be emailed to me. Two days prior to my departure, two cyclones threatened the Island, and everything had to be cancelled. As soon as communications were re established after the event, Tess was able to re book all my arrangements at no extra costs to me. Bloody good service I reckon.

If you need a holiday organised for you then Tess is your go to. Nothing was a drama for her to organise and she answers every question you could possibly think of! She got us an amazing deal and I was so thankful for her guidance regarding Covid protocols. Thanks Tess!

Tess was AMAZING on our trip to South America & through the USA. We would have been absolutely lost navigating a different country, 10 airplanes, with little English spoken & no reception for translation. The airline lost our bags and Tess was available from afar to assist and we got them back sooner than expected with her help. Its true what she says, "if you don't have a travel agent, you're on your own!" Love love love! Thanks Tess

Tess you are just Fabulous ...You have given us a fabulous first experience in the Mediterranean on the Princess cruises with all the extra comforts taken care of and we were made to feel extra special .... Our Spain holiday was JUST AMAZING an experience with all the extra attention and details you put towards our boutique hotels accommodation and all our tours were just so informative with personal guides ,memories we will treasure for ever . our next holiday in 2021 TO 2022 we will be booking through !!! Wow Tess you have done it again!! If you have children wanting to travel the only person you book with is Tess!! She is amazing goes above and beyond, our daughter just got back from a months tour around Europe!! Tess took the stress out of the whole trip she organised everything with total detail. Tess is the absolute best of the best would recommend Tess to everyone..Thank you again totally amazing.

Tess went above and beyond what any other travel agent has done for us in the past. She not only fixed up what our previous agent had arranged (or, neglected to arrange), but suggested, planned and booked the remainder of our holiday. All her suggestions made sense to us, and the hotels she booked for us in Europe were all very nice. When Ray ended up in hospital in Sweden, Tess was just a phone call away to offer us her assistance, and she has helped with letters to the insurance company so we can make our claim. We wish we had found Tess years ago, and would recommend her to anyone thinking about, or planning, a holiday - to anywhere! We highly recommend Tess.

After a very difficult 18 months of a very ill family member and the stress, worry and time spent looking after them, I was very pleased that I could hand my holiday plans over to Tess who professionally took care of flights, accommodation etc when I really did not have the energy to do anything myself. I would recommend Tess for a highly personalized approach to holiday solutions.

Tess quickly organised a 2 week escape to Hawaii so we could take advantage of a special airfare. She chose great locations and everything was taken care of. We had a lovely holiday and look forward to the next one!

Cruise to New Zealand on the Golden Princess from Melbourne. While the ship is about 16 years old there was a refurbishment before this season and there was lovely areas on board and new beds in the staterooms. The food and service was very good, and lots of things to do on the sea days. The weather could have been better but we still had a good holiday.

I had a fabulous trip to Eden and back on P&O 4 night cruise. Oyster shucking trip with 'sponge' was a highlight. Room on board ship was spacious and clean. Atmosphere was good solid fun. A great way to relax, or kick up your heels. Martini mixing class was a hoot too. Thanks again Tess, for organising the holiday for me, makes a difference with great people to travel with too, thanks girls!!
