Tracey from MTA helped me organise my 5 week holiday in Oct to Nov 2023 which was very extensive, including flights and accommodation at various destinations. There was not one issue and all the hotels she recommended were excellent, on budget, offered great facilities and were in the best locations. Tracey definitely knows her stuff. Tracey has been assisting us with our holiday bookings for a few years now and I wouldn’t go with anyone else. She is very knowledgeable, prompt and lovely to deal with. Tracey recently helped us book our last minute holiday to Hayman Island. Our flights, transfer launch and accomodation were all sorted out easily and she even managed to get us a few great upgrades. From boarding the launch to disembarking the launch at the end of our holiday, we felt extremely well looked after. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The hotel is very well maintained and the pool areas were fabulous. The food in the restaurants was at a very high standard. We enjoyed every meal and the buffet breakfast was amazing. Definitely the best buffet we’ve had on any trip. We sampled the cocktail menu and loved every drink we tried, the bartenders were very well trained. Our room was serviced daily and the housekeepers even left lovely notes for us. It was a very relaxing and memorable holiday. Thank you very much Tracey for organising.

Once again Tracey assisted us in organizing our wonderful Hawaiian and mainland USA trip. Our accommodation at LAX was great and quickly accessible to both the airport and the cruise terminal. Our accommodation in Santa Monica was across from the famous beach and pier and we had a wide range of eateries near us. Tracey booked our flights with Hawaiian air to enable seamless transfers. The airline was great, and we enjoyed the long flights. Can't wait for our next trip. Tracey is always prompt in responding to the many questions that we pose. Thanks again Tracey.

What an amazing trip we had. Tracey was amazing with every part of the planning. When our shuttle was canceled in Paris she arranged another straight away. Our accommodation in Paris was beautiful. Straight across from the train station which made it very easy. I can’t praise the Scenic river cruise enough. Everything was first class and the choice of tours was wonderful. Only one hiccup which was when something was on the train line coming back from Beziers to Lyon and we were unloaded. Luckily a lovely group of young French people took pity on us and told us what to do. Once again a bit of a hiccup with our transfer from Paris railway to the airport. Overall a wonderful trip. We would highly recommend Tracey Flower at MTA. She recently rescheduled our trip to Darwin which was cancelled due to Covid last year. Nothing has ever been a problem for Tracey. Had a great time on Luke’s fishing charter, caught my biggest ever fish and watching the sharks clean up the fish ones when we came in. Travel isn’t as carefree as it use to be - there’s plenty of new stressors around with covid, making it very hard to commit to a holiday. I decided to bite the bullet and book a trip with Tracey, which was impacted by covid lockdowns just 3 days prior to travel. Tracey was an absolute star! She organised new flights, new accomodation and show tickets without delay and with no cost to us whatsoever. If you’re considering booking but are hesitant in these current times, don’t be! We are finally able to travel after 2 years of Covid, and of course so much has changed. We have just booked our first overseas trip to Singapore and trying to understand what is expected as far as documentation, covid tests etc looked really daunting, but Tracey is all over it and has provided all the information we need as well as explaining the processes. We had a wonderful cruise to NZ on Ruby Princess. Great itinerary which included Fiordland - we were very lucky and had the perfect day, the weather was stunning, so serene and peaceful. Great time in Dunedin at Lanarch Castle - well worth that excursion and sightseeing. Akaroa beautiful cafes, shops and tours. Muesums in Wellington and Auckland - excellent. Napier very welcoming. Beautiful Mt Manganui. Nice short ferry ride from Auckland to Devonport. Beautiful Bay of Islands and ferry ride over to Russell, well worth the trip, Ship was great, great cabin, service food and entertainment. Would go on this ship again without hesitation, very clean and friendly. Medallion worked really well as it was early days. Great ukulele class followed by a performance, was a lot of fun. Spent a couple days in Sydney also. Tracey took stress out of organising including air travel accommodation in Sydney and cruise. Great holiday all round without any hitches. Thank you Tracey. Hi Tracey, We had a wonderful holiday in Mexico, California and Navarda. I got my white Christmas so I was very happy in the snow. PPThe ship out of LA was new, and very big. I prefer a smaller ship next time I sail , but it was all good otherwise. Already thinking of our next trip to Europe, so will be in touch. Rob & Vicky

I absolutely love how easy it is to book through Tracey for any of my overseas Adventures! I have been on a fair few now; and Tracey completely takes all the stress away! A family of five heading to the USA for the first time. Whilst initially overwhelming, was immediately put at ease when contacting Tracey. Flight booked within almost 24hrs! Tracey asked questions about things I didn’t even think of and made suggestions that I didn’t even realise were options. I loved the levels of choice too, enabling us to make informed decisions. Absolutely loved our trip. All hotels will brilliant, transfers great, Amtrak pacific liner was a highlight and the car hire was so easy. I want to thank Tracey so much for arranging such a wonderful cruise for Irene and I and the other nine people in our group. We were on P&O Pacific Dawn earlier this month and had a fantastic time. We visited Noumea, Lifou and Vanuatu on a seven night Pacific Island Cruise. Tracey arranged everything for us which was a great help and took the stress out of arranging the trip. After years of booking holidays for our family myself, the headaches, constant worry in the pit of my stomach that I had missed details, transfers or got my dates wrong and then a final disaster of un-updated passports which led to rescheduling an entire holiday I made the never turn back decision of handing all our travel arrangements over to Tracey. We recently went on a P&O cruise organised by Tracey. This was our first family holiday in far too long! First things first....find a great travel agent. And that goes to Tracey Flower. I took my grandkids to waikiki on the first leg of our trip......they never got out of the water....why? Because its not freezing and i stayed in myself for 3 hours with them. Lol we loved eating at The Cheesecake Factory. ...huge meals. Watching the hula dancers at night on the beach front. Lots of great shopping at Ala Moana shopping centre. North Hollywood was next....catching trains to Walk of Fame. Disneyland was awesome....pre buy tix it saves big lineups. Knotts berry was awesome too....not for the faint hearted (which i am) took a friends older daughter so she could take my grandkids on all the scary rides lol. Perfect way to end this holiday was back to waikiki. Laying on the beach under an umbrella on lounge chairs (hired for $30 for the day if booked by 9am) sipping on a cold drink watching my grandkids have the time of their lives on a huge rubber mat ($10 hire) made me feel totally content and happy. Best time and only made the better by booking everything through Tracey. Made hassle free. Go and enjoy what the world has to offer.
