Taylor was extremely helpful and very organised and efficient. All I had to do was give the location and dates and the rest was sorted out within the day. Very easy to communicate with and extremely friendly and polite. I would highly recommend for anyone!

Once again Taylor has done it all I had to do was give dates and where I wanted to go and Taylor was on it, I also made a request to change my return flight and Taylor sorted it out to make my return trip perfect to fit my needs. Taylor is very experienced in organising RLLT holiday packages. What I liked was she was always very considerate when choosing hotels, rental cars, whether the hotel suits our family needs (close to shops, dining, playground), budget cars... Highly recommend her.

Professional, fast, friendly. My partner and I knew exactly what flights and dates we wanted but have had issues in the past with other travel agents upselling, making mistakes or taking so long good deals are missed. Taylor quickly and efficiently handled our requests and had the holiday booked less than 3 hrs from our initial contact. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Taylor as a travel agent! Taylor helped plan and book my 2.5 month trip around Europe, travelling to a total of 11 countries including 2 tours with Contiki. My Europe trip would not have been possible without her help. Taylor booked everything including flights, travel insurance, managed and organised my Contiki bookings, booked private transfers to and from the airport, accommodation at great central locations and more. Taylor was always there to help me when needed even after hours. She gave me the best tips and advice for the places I was visiting and provided me with everything I needed to know. A very easy and simple booking process, enhanced by prompt and regular communication from Taylor. I approached MTA after stumbling across one of their Facebook posts advertising early bird flights to the UK with Singapore Airlines, at pre-Covid prices. I received a response within 12h. We were flexible on dates and asked Taylor to find the best price for mid-year travel. She didn’t disappoint, met all our requests, and within a week we had our tickets confirmed for Jul-Aug 2024 travel. It would’ve been a much quicker process if I didn’t have to wait for my employer to approve my leave, and I have no doubts that we would have had the tickets confirmed within 48h. I would definitely use MTA (and specifically Taylor) again for any future travel plans. I’m a very happy customer!

Taylor was incredibly helpful throughout the process of arranging our travel. She provided an initial itinerary the day after I put through the initial quote request. She was in constant communication with us and went out of her way to ensure we had exactly what we wanted for our trip, which involved a number of changes to the itinerary. The advice she provided to us was well considered and based off our specific requests. When it came to locking everything in she had it all booked within a couple hours and genuinely couldn't have made it any easier for us.

I have recently used MTA Travel for the first time to book accommodation and flights using my RLLT entitlement and I had the pleasure of Taylor Hogan to help me. I gave her some dates of when I wanted to travel and where I wanted to stay and why I wanted to stay there and some timings I had to be in certain places, she went out of her way to get me the best deals on all flights as well as my accommodation and came up with some ideas to assist me with my timings that I didn't think of. I highly recommend her as she is professional and will work hard to get you where you want to go and why with the best deal. Excellent service and she was always happy to help.
