I did my first solo trip to Singapore and the Maldives, Alison put my anxiety at ease, and she made sure I was picked up and delivered everywhere I needed to go and checked in on me regular. I had the time of my life and cat wait for the next trip to plan.

Had a wonderful week on Norfolk Island, everything Alison arranged was fantastic. Any inquiry I had before the trip Alison was very prompt with providing information etc. This is 2nd time Alison has organised my holidays and I'll certainly use her again. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Thank Alison, for planning us yet another holday. Our trip to NZ was a fantastic journey. Very full on but our tour leader and drivers were the best and made sure our tour of both North and South Islands was a great experience, Grand Pacific Tours is definitely the company to travel with if touring NZ by coach. Unfortunately we experienced rain about 80% of our holiday however it did not dampen the spirit of the 31 travellers on our bus. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Wow Maldives bucket list destination. We have spent the last 20 years visiting amazing destinations but the Maldives has to be in the top 3. We were very wary of the travel situation after covid and wanted to engage an experienced travel agent to make sure this trip didn’t go wrong. Alison was fantastic to work with and she secured us a beautiful resort all inclusive with added extras along the way. We can’t thank Alison enough for all her research and organising. Alison assisted with our travel plans starting back in 2019/2020 when we transferred accommodation booked in Fiji from another family member to myself and my partner and arranged airfares for us. Then Covid hit and Alison helped us cancel the accommodation and airfares. Alison kept us advised as to our airfare credits and the date by which we had to use our credits. We recently used our airfare credits to travel to Perth and Alison helped arrange airfares and accommodation in Fremantle (staying at the Esplanade which we loved). As not experienced travellers, Alison provided great advice about parking for our vehicle at the airport and sending reminders for our flights, check in times, etc and welcoming us when we got back home. Thank you Alison for your great work over an extended period of time to finally get us on a holiday! Hopefully we can use your services again soon.

Alison is our travel advisor. She was very personable and super organised on a complicated trip to Canada under crippling COVID rules. Excellent communicator. Easy to Contact. Timely information. Very logical option flight analysis. Treated us like her parents. No question was too silly to answer (even twice). We are very grateful to Alison. Highly recommended.

Recently went on a Cruise to Vanuatu and booked through Alison McGovern who was the most patient and thoughtful travel agent by far. I occurred a lot of problems with needing to find a person to stay in the same room with me and Alison was always so helpful and provided me with many options. I couldn't recommend her enough. She was constantly one step ahead and really cared for myself and the other people who booked the cruise with her. Tassie cruise with Princess was great looking forward to Japan

Flew to Brisbane with Qantas stayed overnight at Ibis Airport hotel which we can thoroughly recommend,which is within walking distance from domestic terminal. Can get a shuttle from Hotel to airport for $5.00 per person. The remainder of our trip flying to Sydney and back and transfers to and from the Sydney Airport to the Cruise Ship with the Princess Coach and the overall Cruise, food and entertainment on board the Diamond Princess was excellent, we were lucky to have beautiful weather and calm seas which also allowed us to enjoy our balcony. The scenery in Tasmania was stunning. The only hiccup we had when on arriving at the Sydney Terminal was the access to the luggage depositing area for the Ship because there was a large number of people blocking the access. However after ridding ourselves of the luggage boarding the ship was a quick friendly and efficient process. We also found that the anytime dining arrangements on the ship allowed us to meet and dine with many different people from different countries which was most enjoyable. Our January Cruise Trip on the Sea Princess for our family was exceedingly enjoyable and all arrangements made by you fell into place perfectly. There were no hassles and we would like to thank you sincerely for making these arrangements for us for a great trip which was enjoyed by Shirley and I and our three sons and daughter-in-laws.

This was our second holiday booked through Alison. The organisation and support that we received went a long way to making this the 10/10 holiday that it was.You can pick the best destination and hotels in the world, but if its not planned right it can all be for nothing. The MTA app proved very helpful along the way with constant updates on flights, gate numbers and changes. Our next holiday will definitely be with Alison.

We had a super time, with many adventures in Bali and we especially enjoyed the family time together. One of the highlights of our holiday was being met at Venice airport, after 22 hours in the air, by a generous young man, who assisted us to the water taxi terminal, a 20 minute walk with luggage! He was friendly and knowledgeable and had the water taxi waiting to take us into our hotel just off the Grand Canal. Having not been to Venice before, that particular trip is just fabulous! Two days later he arrived to take us to the Cruise Terminal and again was so helpful. All pre and post accommodation was excellent and all connections were spot on, even to the Qantas representative who met us at Brisbane on our return, to expedite our transfer through to the Domestic terminal.
