Amanda has again delivered a truely wonderful travel experience for us. All transfers,hotel booking, river cruises went off like clockwork. The MTA app was an added extra. Destination Cambodia / Vietnam with all the historic Temples and landmarks was beyond our expectations. I couldn’t recommend a better Travel Agent ! Thank you

Our recent holiday on the Outback Aussie Tour from, Longreach to Winton was a memorable experience, primarily due to the preparation, organization and personal care given by Amanda. When we requested any changes to the travel arrangements, she made sure that our needs and concerns were met with empathy and consideration. This experience, as with others arranged by Amanda, left nothing to chance. She not only acceded to our wants or concerns, but made positive suggestions to make sure our experience was trouble free. Cannot reccommend her skills, abilities and concerns highly enough.

At first I felt a bit overwhelmed trying to put together our American holiday but with the professional help, knowledge and assistance from Amanada it all fell into place. Nothing was ever a problem, and Amanda was always available to answer any questions. Even a small issue while we were travelling Amanda was available to help. I wish to bring to your attention the exemplary work undertaken by one of your agents, Ms. Amanda Washington from Sydney NSW. I have known Ms. Washington for a number of years in her capacity as our Travel Agent, and have never had cause to question her arrangements or suggestions in relation to any of our many travel requests. However, in recent times she has gone above and beyond any “normal” activities regarding, firstly making the necessary arrangements for our overseas travel for 2020. But more importantly, her recent assistance to us concerning cancellation and Insurance requirements due to the Corona Virus outbreak. Whilst she was successful in obtaining a full refund for all our travel expenditure, it was due only to her commitment, persistence, professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the travel industry that she obtained such success. Her application towards our plight has resulted in such a positive outcome. MTA should be proud to have such an agent as Amanda Washington, who can and should be held up as an example to others as to how things should be done. If we were in a position to have to make a choice of travel agents, Amanda would be the first and foremost in our selection.

Amanda's customer service is of the highest standard, friendly and everything we requested was catered for. As well as our flights, she organised the accommodation for us within walking distance to a venue we had to attend for a family reunion. Our accommodation was close to Cafe's, beaches and parks where my Grandchildren could play. Would highly recommend anybody to use Amanda's service, as nothing was a problem.

I would like to thank Amanda for her outstanding customer service. Amanda listened to everything I had said and asked for so if you want a stress free relaxing holiday highly recommend Amanda as our holiday was amazing. We travelled to Hawaii and stayed in the Ilukai hotel right next to the beach and lagoon. Our location was perfect as we had Al Moana shopping center down the road and only a 5 min bus ride to main Waikiki. Whilst in Hawaii we went to the Honolulu Zoo where my son aged 3 loved it, we also took him on the Atlantis submarine where we went down 110ft which was a great experience. You cant go past a day at the shopping outlets where we saved heaps of money on good quality brands. Recommended places to eat (Dukes at the outrigger on the beach), Bubba Gumps Restaurant at Ala Moana, Cheese Cake Factory Waikiki and another great place was the Hard Rock Café. For the lads you cant go past spending a few hours at the Yard House (200 Draught Beers which is also another great place to eat. We had a great time and I have already recommended Amanda to all my friends great service, not one issue and we will be calling you very soon Amanda Thank you once again
